Pancheros Mexican Grill - Ann Arbor Pittsfield

I want my money back! Quesadillas were small (you get two pieces) and super soggy. The chicken was cubed and pre-processed. The carnitas quesadilla literally had a tablespoon on mushy meat. Pancheros was so good back in the day, but the quality now is non existent. Shame on them.

The food in this place is so bad it's basically inedible. The meat was putrid and we were overcharged twice. The floor and tables were filthy and in our way out there were roaches on the floor. The customer service was deplorable. This place needs to be shut down for public health sake.

Stopped in on my friend's birthday to just pickup some queso and chips for her and get an entree for myself. Waited about ten minutes to finally get checked out, extremely rude service from the guy at the front. Chips were stale and situated underneath the cash register. Extremely small portions as well, complete waste of money. Won't be back again.

This place is fine for quick mexican. The tortillas are cooked fresh infront of you, so they're absolutely delicious. Get a burrito, not a bowl, to enjoy the tortilla. Otherwise portions similar to Qdoba and chipotle. Guacamole still extra. More expensive than chipotle but there are more toppings available, similar to Moe's but not as overwhelming. The service here was good and we didn't wait long, which was nice. The chips are a purple corn tortilla and my kiddos were amazed at the purple chips. I still prefer both chipotle and Qdoba over this though ... the meat and salsas were just not very flavorful or authentically mexican tasting. A bit too americanized for me.

Went here to get a bowl, the lady was giving the most minuscule scoops so I was asking oh could you put a little bit more not knowing she was going to charge me extra for every single thing as in rice, corn salsa, pico sour cream, not even extra charge items. The bowl was $18 for one. Would not recommend here just go to chipotle. Also almost forgot our chips and hat to remind them for the fourth time.

I wouldn't give this location any stars if I could. I gave it another try tonight and it was a terrible experience. The older, tall Mexican guy is ALWAYS eating food while he is making food for customers, which is so gross. He also messed up my daughter's burrito, and the younger boy Marco argued about remaking it. Marco made my food and my tortillas were still dough like and not eatable. He also forgot to give me my chips, which is the 2nd time that has happened. The employees are very unfriendly, the resturant feels dirty and the tall guy eats over the food.

This place has really gone down hill. Used to be my favorite lunch spot in AA. But last 2 times I went they gave me less than half scoop of jalapenos then charged me 1.50 for asking for another scoop. The last time I was there, they were extremely rude when I asked how I was being charged for extra toppings when I didn't even get a full portion to start with. I'll never return to this location again and tell everyone I can how awful it's become
