I gave 5 stars because I always really enjoy coming to this location. The staff is really friendly & they seem to all work together really well. However, I have stopped going to Panda Express entirely because I don't like that they don't willingly provide customers with sauce cups anymore. This isn't unique to this location so I don't want to punish them for it. This location will at least accommodate me if I ask for one & I can't say the same...
Obviously, their maintenance department is not properly cleaning the ice machine inside where the ice cubes are made. I was filling my drink and out popped an ice with a big piece of black mold inside the ice cube. if you don’t clean inside at the condenser where the ice forms mold will present itself
I had an excellent experience at Panda Express in Briarwood Mall thanks to Finn. He was incredibly energetic, knowledgeable, and kind throughout the entire visit. What really stood out was how personable he made the interaction - he didn’t just serve food, he made it feel like a genuine customer experience. Finn’s positive attitude and professionalism made the meal that much more enjoyable. Employees like him really set a high standard for service.
