Panda Express

It was almost closing time when I entered the store. My service was quick and very efficient. The young woman was very patient as I placed my order. I apologized for arriving late because I knew the workers would be ready to get off for the evening. The young woman assured me it was no problem and to take my time. She actually made me feel like a valued customer; which is unusual these days. I offered her a gratuity and she declined and said they didn't accept tips. She had a smile when I came in and her positive attitude never wavered. Her name is Brianna. She is the kind of employee that I would want working for my business. I'm hoping that she will be recognized for the excellent service that she provided.

Please don't listen to the bad reviews and eat at this location. The people here are beyond friendly and will cator to any needs you may have. The store is cleaner than any other restaurant I've ever seen and the food is always fresh. Give this panda express a try if you haven't! You won't be disappointed!

There was something wrong with the orange chicken. I had the same thing at two other Panda Express locations recently, and it was fine at the other places.

This location pays very close attention to cleanliness. The manager is very good at addressing the needs of customers as well as for staff. It is apparent that they work together to create a safe and comfortable environment for all. Trying new dishes is never a disappointment. I suggest to get a plate so that the protein and sides are more balanced!

The food portions are very small, and the servers change the plates frequently. They also switch the pots too often, so you end up getting very little food, and the price is quite high.I found a fly in my food

The most owner is the nicest lady Ive ever met! Our volleyball team came 20 minutes before closing and they made us fresh food and treated us so kindly!

I go to this location like 3x a week for my autistic son who loves their panda chow mein noodles. The staff there go beyond what they do to help me in this situation because my son cant eat certain foods. Jose is a hard worker and he makes sure we are always taken care of. Thank you

Super good cheap around 12 dollars for a lot of food great and quick delivery

Iv gone here 2 times since I moved to aa. They lack customer service, they lack friendliness, they lack appreciation. This place gives Panda Express and bad rep. They need new managers with customer service experience. Both times I have walked out because they simply will ignore you and act like you’re not in line. They don’t greet you when you walk in. SMH wow
