Management needs to do a better job on service. Very clear that employees were prioritizing doordash orders over getting in person orders. Waited 15 for food, box was forgotten about while working on other orders. Order before mine was given to another customer aswell. Seemed fairly well-staffed just seemed as though management had there team trained on speed over a mix of speed and accuracy. Disappointing.

The best thing about Panda House is that it's reliable. If you find something you like, no matter which location you go, it tastes the same. It's definitely the fast food restaurant of the Chinese food world.At this location, the staff are friendly and patient, especially with my son as he asks questions and makes up his mind on what to eat.

Best Panda location in A2 and if going around lunch or dinner the food is very fresh and delicious. Cannot speak to quality near close time but i'd expect a buffet style restaurant to stop cooking new food well before close.
The location is nice n clean but I tried it for the first time I ordered a bowl she put almost 80% of it rice and when it came to the side she only put a little bit of view. I asked her to put a little bit more and she charge me for it.not worthit her name is alysia

Every dish on the menu is sweet, not good for people with DiabetesDietary restrictions: Diabetes required meals with low carbs and that means no sweeteners. Panda either don’t know what that is or they don’t care. My job is to tell everyone I know
Unlike the location at braidwood. The staff is very friendly. Food was definitely fresh. The lady even walked around and ask was everything ok. Wow they’re such good people! Thanks guys! ?

1. Food wasn't ready at set time2. While I waited for them to cook the shrimp, the store was clean3. Tried to give me a drink from another order4. Food tasted over salted based on other Panda Express experiences5. They were apologetic and nice as they worked to get me my food.I didn't have the best experience and will likely be more time conscious, so I can order from my normal location moving forward. They were nice though, so once they get the food together it will be alright
