I just paid $11 for this…
No free tap water and I only got 5 pieces of shrimp in a small entree of honey walnut shrimp.
Says they close at 8 but I arrived after 7 and it was already closed
horrible operations, closes randomly before closing hour, and poor service
Not as great as the one on North Campus, the fried rice was too salty one time.

Jerry, thank you!!!!!
My company ordered a huge order with Panda Express, not knowing the parking situation. I am 7 months pregnant and after a 15 minute drive, I realize.. there is no parking lot. I had to park at the nearest place which was about a little less than a quarter of a mile away in 80 degree weather. I get there and the order is HUGE. Jerry did not hesitate in offering and helping me bring this huge order all the way out to my car. We had a nice talk while walking all the way there and I sincerely appreciated him helping me. Otherwise I would've had to make multiple trips to and from my car. The food was tasty, I heard not one single complaint and they didn't forget a single order which is usually what happens anywhere else. Thank you Panda Express on State st and a huge shout-out and thank you to Jerry! You are a life (and back) saver!! ☺️

Picked up order for sick child using the app, needed to get more and couldn't because they don't accept cash. Left card at home so had to drive to the next panda to buy some simple egg rolls. Won't be back.

Found part of a what I can only assume is a steel wool scrubber/sponge in my food... Absolutely disgusting, not to mention probably against the health code. I will not coming back.

You wait in line three times because they cook the food when it runs out, not just before it runs out.You wait in line with some people as one by one every person points to an empty bowl asking for that type of food. Then they start making the food, and the line reforms. Then you're in line for the food that's cooking, and one by one they'll put the food into the containers, and you hope and pray they don't run out as you approach. Then, we all wait in line to pay, as they're very understaffed. So, they process the next batch of people who point at the empty bowls, which gives the server enough time to become the cashier and checkout our batch. The food is lukewarm by the time you get to eat it. I avoid this Panda.
Good taste, always fresh, nice staff. Would recommend!
Did not give accurate prices about a certain item, and the total came out to more than double what I was told. Rude workers.
This panda Express is hardly open. They never open on time and always close early.
