i recognize im being wholly unreasonable here but man!!! i miss the days when i was the only person who even knew there was a downstairs!!!! i spent so many beautiful hours completely alone in the basement area and it was such a beautiful refuge…… there even used to be a fountain drink machine……. but word got out and now everyone and their mother is down there all the time ? sad!!! anyway it’s a five star Panera and the staff are excellent at handling the absolutely ungodly rushes. no complaints other than can you please tell Mr Panera to get rid of the upcharge for white cheddar cheese

Very disappointed for this location! It's was like only 659am and they ran out of bagels. It's not even 7am and they only had 3 types! I have never been here and it's very disappointing. The location where I used live in Livonia,MI is always prepared.

50/50 chance when I order online here that I will be left hungry for 45 minutes while I wait for my single sandwich to be made. Entire restaurant is also out of napkins today.

I have never been to a Panera that is this slow. Took like 30 minutes for two toasted bagels and a sandwich. A lot of staff on hand so something is definitely awry. Also the bathrooms were filthy.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! There are plenty of other good study spots in this area so stay awayyyy. It’s already like the worst value for money restaurant in Ann Arbor but I was feeling careless so I decided to go anyway, turns out they were in the middle of a huge rush so my Mac and cheese + coffee didn’t come up for 40 mins. Everyone was working hard but Panera Corporate needs to include wait times before you order. This part was my fault but I didn’t see my order for 20 more mins bc they packaged it to go and put it with online orders, even though I ordered in person for dine-in. Once I got my order my latte didn’t have espresso in it. It was just milk and syrup. No animosity towards the staff here but it doesn’t seem like corporate is taking care of this location with the profits they gain every time a college student pays twice what they should for shrinking portions of mediocre food. Do not recommend

We didn't want to eat the hotel food for breakfast, so we went to Panera bread. I thought the egg soufflé flavor was excellent, and my husband liked his breakfast sandwich.

This Panera has been getting consistently worse. They are always out of a bunch of stuff and they'll just serve you the salad you ordered without one or more of the ingredients or just chicken broth instead of chicken noodle soup and asking if they have it at the register doesn't help either!! It's also dirty, not to mention the absolutely filthy uniforms of some of the staff.

Placed an online order for just a large cold cup a few days ago, when I asked the cashier to give me a cup she had a huge attitude issue, talked to the manager and he was “sorry this impacted [my] experience.” The next day they were properly putting ordered cups out with other orders, I was very happy to see the change being made for a positive customer experience. Now today I go back and I’m told they’re not putting cups out at all and I’ll have to see the cashier…why am I placing an online order to have to wait in line 20 minutes after my order is “ready?” This is a pathetic attempt at limiting theft that is hurting the customer experience in a largely disproportionate way. Don’t think I’ll be renewing my Sip Club membership because of this location and can’t even think of a reason to recommend this location unless you want to “wait” twice for your order.
