Good location but need to work on cleanliness - especially the coffee pots which look like they have been in use since Jim Harbaugh was at quarterback.

Their drive thru has been closed the past two times I visited their Plymouth Rd location in Ann Arbor. This is very inconvenient.

Disgusting bathroom and the faucet didn’t work for me. Worker on their phone while preparing food.

I’ve been to waffle houses with better food and cleaner facilities than this Panera bread. I came with my family on a Sunday evening and the floors were sticky and most of the food was sold out to start. Next when I used the bathrooms the floors were also sticky, toilet paper on the floors in both stalls and there were dirty used panties in one of the paper bag bins on the wall 🤮Then when we ordered in they had no plates. Just a below average experience. Save yourself the money and go to plum market next store and get better food , atmosphere and cleaner facilities.

Stopped in on 10/12 at 3:00 PM. No soup. None. Not even a lonely cup with a morsel of soup in it. Also no bread bowls which, for Panera, feels a bit like KFC saying, “Yeah, we’re out of chicken, but how about a fork?”

Amazing service! I had a complicated order with my daughter having celiac and then complications with my card. They were so patient and kind! I am beyond happy with the service and the food was delicious!

Food was okay, but there were absolutely no clean tables to be found, and the bathroom was very dirty.

Slowest drive thru. I was the second car and it took 30 min for three toasted bagels and a sandwich.

I went into the drive-thru and 25 minutes later I finally got my order I was on a break at work and literally ended up being late because once you're in the Drive-Thru you can't get out of that line and you're stuck would I come back again no the food wasn't that good either anyways.

Consistently been disappointed at how slow the service is here. They just don’t seem to be able to handle high volume.
