I was told that I need to call so they can confirm my catering order for the day despite putting down an online catering order because there weren’t any catering staff onsite and no delivery person during the weekend. Maybe it was the website or it was me who ordered it on the day of although i had done this several times

It's always a fun place, but sometimes I feel the female waitress is unfriendly for no reason. I feel discriminated against.

Wow! There are a couple of seriously care-less employees here. Downright spiteful attitudes. It’s enough that I’ll not do business with this location ever again. Terrible customer care.

This could be the slowest place I’ve ever been. 20 mins for a 1/2 sandwich and soup. And they’re incredibly rude.

Worst service ever I ordered a bagel and specified need it sliced the didn’t slice it and then they can do anything about it. Very disappointed.

Rude employees and bad customer service. I got a dry chocolate croissant that wasn’t even heated. Then, when I saw the half-and-half for the coffee was empty, I asked at the pickup area where to drop it off for a refill. One employee (mid-aged, slim, blonde hair) snapped at me to take it to the register. After I did, she came over, grabbed it from me, and went to refill it. She could’ve just taken it from me nicely from the first time, filled it up, and thanked me instead of making me run around because she wasn't thinking!
