Lots of old people here, so expect gross coughing all the time if you dine in. They also need to replace the old ladies who work behind the counter they seem a little out of it, respectfully. Had little clue what I was saying to them. Young college area with old semi senile employees isnt a good idea. Chicken roma sandwich I had was yummy at least.

Parking: Beware of people turning fast at stop signs here

I live in the apartments near by so I've been in a handful of times, usually early morning/brunch time. Almost every time I've been in I'm greeted by a lady with square glasses who I believe her name starts with an L, but she is so sweet. Always keeps up a small conversation and is somehow always in a positive mood. I'm moving now and won't be in again, but she deserves some bonus or something!!

The food selection is excellent with healthy options, though I recommend coming earlier in the day for the best variety of options. I really appreciate the unlimited self-serve coffee station - great value! I just wish they would brew a fresh pot during evening hours, as the coffee tends to cool down later in the day. Overall a great value for the money.

I ordered a coffee and some pastries, a soup for a snack. The place does not have table service, but the attention of the girl who took my order was very good and friendly...

Subpar, person behind the register didn’t acknowledge me, the only person st the cash register at 3pm. The gentleman behind him did, and he took my order. Happens, just an observation

Few items left by 3pm. Fewer kinds of bread, which is what I went in for.

Relatively well priced

Food was good but was not impressed with this location. The only booth with an outlet was dirty with plates and crumbs, no one ever came by to clean it up. The atmosphere didn't feel welcoming, I will not be coming back to this location.

Panera never disappoints! Placed a phone order for rapid pick-up, and the process was smooth and hassle-free. My order was ready on time, and the pick-up was a breeze. Tried the Tomato Soup and Broccoli Cheddar Soup—both were absolutely delicious! A seamless and satisfying experience overall. Highly recommend for a quick and satisfying meal.

The female manager is mean to her cashiers, chews them out in front of customers, like a bully. Bad vibes here

Long waits. Always out of things and they don’t tell you they’re out til you go to pick up. Give you to go dish-ware even to stay.

Most of the employees seem to be doing the best they can, but when the owner/operator refuses to keep the store properly staffed, it creates a tense situation for both customers and employees. it pits them against each other when it is the greed of the ownership class which causes the aggravating experiences we all now accept as normal. if they were willing to accept lower profit margins and provide a decent customer experience, they would get 5 stars, but the ownership class will make everyone below them suffer before they take a hit to their lifestyle.

Kim the Training Manager was rude and biased in her procedures. It was very interesting how two customers had gotten their drinks at the pick up counter and not questioned on whether they purchased said items, but the moment I went up and grab my drink like normal, I was questioned if I had a receipt or purchased the drink. I did not say anything to Kim however, it was clear from the customers before and after me that she only approached me because I am a tall brown skinned man . When I did not respond, she went around the pickup counter and questioned me further. I then showed her my receipt per her request. It's strange how two white customers grabbed drinks with no issue yet once I got the counter, she questioned me. What's also interesting is how the next 4 customers after grabbing their drink cup from the pickup counter had no questioning or inquiry from Kim. All these other customers were cleary white/causcian. I will not be coming back to this Panera anytime soon and I hope the corporate team can train their store managers to keep their bias and clear racial profiling to themselves. Shame on Kim for ruining my experience at this particular Panera Bread.
