Had the French Dipper tonight. What a difference between the same sandwich served here and one served in a Panera in Jackson. The one in Jackson had sliced meat which filled the entire panini. The one in this Ann Arbor location had 2 or 3 chunks and didn't come close to filling the panini. Won't be back to this location.

In between of Barnes & Noble and Whole Food. Always people walking in and out. Restroom is somewhat clean
We waited 45 mins for the order just to be told it never came up on their screen so he weary of using the kiosk. Manager said it happens all the time, didn’t offer us a free treat or anything… the staff was really rude except for one girl who apologized. Just make sure you don’t rely on the beeper and make sure you see your name on their board! Bc you’ll get no sympathy from the manager. Idk if Donald was him or if that’s just who the register was under when the girl took our order.

Did a quick little stop to pick up some chicken noodle soup because I wasn’t feeling very well. Only for me me to find out when I came home that they scammed me with just the soup broth with no noodles or the vegetables and if I just needed the broth I could’ve just bought the chicken stock from the store!!!
