Did shrinkflation hit Panera? Half of my orders had mini bagels - which were all placed at the bottom of the bag, then they placed the larger bagels on top to hide the small ones.
On top of that, they could have divided the 30 bagels into 3+ separate bags, nope - they packed all of them in a large brown bag. All the bagels at the bottom half were crushed and smashed, additionally, lot of the bagels were overtoasted. It seems there was no care taken with this order.
This is first for me.... I've gotten Tuesday Baker's Dozen, Bagel Pack and individual bagels from multiple Panera locations and never had issues. They never had issues when they were at the old location, they needed to retrain the staff to be more mindful when packing the orders.
Yeah, I won’t be back at this location, plenty of other stores in town.
I saw one of their managers yell at one of their employees, in an extremely excessive manner. Extremely unprofessional. Also the manager was wearing an ankle monitor.
I picked up my order and of course they forgot to put an item in. I shouldn’t be surprised because this is how they have operated for years- new location or not. When I called to ask about how to get my sandwich, the person on the other end was rude. Yes, you’ve had a hard day but so have I. Sorry I was short, but your response was unacceptable since you were the one who made this mistake. Be better. Especially for as much money as you’re charging.
I have been waiting in line for ONE LATTE at the drive through for 28 minutes and counting. ONE car has been served. This is ridiculous and I will not be returning.

Lady at the drive through doesn't know how to follow simple instructions. Only gave me half my order
Then this week they didn't have my order and I was told specifically that they would if I ordered it ahead of time. They new last night they wouldn't have it and never contacted me. That's very poor management.

Whoever that person is that works the counter in-between the kitchen and sitting area should not be talking to customers. What an unpleasant, rude person. This store has permanently lost my business because of her. There are other, better restaurants including other Paneras.

Best sandwich in town!!! I highly reccomend the new Italian Philly cheesesteak sandwich with arugula and tomatoes. It melted in my mouf and the flavor was outta dis world! Costomer services was also grape. The store is very wide and open, I wasn't used to that...

Food is overpriced for what you get, every time I’ve gone there in the morning there are a lack of bagel flavors, the new inside of the store feels sterile and uncomfortable and does not have a pleasant feel anymore to sit and eat. What happened Panera? Now your just overpriced fast food.
