Food is overpriced for what you get, every time I’ve gone there in the morning there are a lack of bagel flavors, the new inside of the store feels sterile and uncomfortable and does not have a pleasant feel anymore to sit and eat. What happened Panera? Now your just overpriced fast food.

I like Panera. I wish I could LOVE Panera but there always seems to be minor problems. Whether it's forgetting the pickle, luke warm coffee, or sandwiches that look tossed together in the dark, they always seem to be just shy of amazing. So yeah ... Good place to go, I'd go again, and I'd love to see them be great.

Ordered here for the first time and was so disappointed. After the incredibly long wait time, my food was at the pick up counter. A man behind the counter inspected my bag very thoroughly to make sure everything was correct. It wasn’t. I didn’t get 1/2 of the things I ordered.

I always get this at the bottom of my cup and it's not coffee grounds. It's a strange substance. I would exercise caution, ordering this coffee. Since I posted this a few weeks ago, the coffee quality has improved. I'm not getting that strange stuff at the bottom of the cup.

Idk what has been going on but your drive through has slower than hell! What happened to having people pull forward??? It should not take 10+ minutes to get to the window. Please please go back to making people pull forward!

Very friendly team, but I suggest some sort of drive up window notification. I order on the app and therefore, get to skip using the drive up speaker, but everyone's busy inside and do not see me sitting there waiting for my order. Breakfast is yummy! Love their Asiago bagel sausage n egg sandwich! 😊

Employees were very very kind! One of my items had been forgotten and I came back later and they replaced it for me and also gave me a cookie! And my food was soooo good! Their greek dressing is the best!
