Paid $7 for the tiniest amount of chicken noodle soup… it had zero noodles or chicken in it but a whole lot of carrots… robbed in daylight

I had such a great experience at Panera Bread! Their sandwiches are absolutely delicious, perfectly toasted bread, and so many options to choose from. Every time I go, I find myself enjoying something new and flavorful. On top of that, the service is excellent. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and quick to help, which makes the visit even better.

Food is generally fine but they are consistently out of Diet Pepsi in the fountain. It's been a thing for months. It's really annoying to put your order in online and then show up to have the only Diet soda option be out.

My husband was in the hospital and I had a sore throat and wanted some chicken noodle soup. It was so good and helped me rest while staying with my husband.

Got this hard, squished bagel that I feel like I would have found in the bottom of my bookbag. Not great.

Better experiences than other Panera Breads. I normally order takeout from the app; otherwise the wait time could be too

Waited 25 min in 4th place in queue after ordering for an egg and cheese sandwich. Wasn't busy when I arrived, and several who ordered at the counter after me were served before me. Could have nearly completed a sit down meal for the time I spent waiting for my order. What is the kitchen doing, and why is there only one person on the counter /expediting?? Provide better support for your staff.

It was crowded with students the weekend I went. My order was placed and the wait time wasn't long but I felt like the staff seemed inconvenienced and distracted by other issues. My food was bland and the bread was not soft. I wish they had better variety of sides besides potato chips.

Don’t expect to get your food within 40 minutes and don’t expect it to be the right order either. Been here multiple times and have had to wait almost an hour just to get my order wrong. Employees are clueless at times and it’s just a hassle to get your foot at all

I walked in at 5:15 and was told there was a half hour wait. 40 minutes later when I had asked if it was ready, they told me they were in the process of making it. 10 minutes later I finally got my sandwich. I really do try to have patience for food service workers as I truly understand the pressure and understaffing that they often face. But the 45 minute wait was just too long, particularly when it was 1.5 times as long as I was told it would be.Additionally, the staff just didn't seem rushed. Again, I totally support food service workers. But these people were just really slow workers and understaffed. They seemed burnt out and apathetic. Whether it's a matter of staffing, wage shortage, or other matters, Panera needs to do better at staffing and ensuring that their workers have the incentive to work quickly.
