Peridot offers excellent food in a fabulous environment with amazing staff. Vegetarian options like the vegetable curry are a hit. Despite some concerns about service and prices, the delicious food like hirmasa, branzino, and short rib pho stands out. The charred eggplant and Bronzino lettuce wraps are must-tries. The sticky rice dessert and wings are also highly recommended. The cocktails are beautiful and tasty. Overall, Peridot provides a wonderful dining experience worth returning to for delicious dishes and great service.
