Our waitress would disappear for more than 20 minutes at a time and many times we tracked her down to refill drinks, ask for a status on food and for a bill. The food was tepid because she let it sit too long. She then ran my card on my sister's bill and vice-versa. I waitressed for a long time. No excuse for this one. The worst part is being a table of 7 a 20% tip was automatically included. She didn't deserve it.

I booked a reservation here for my wife's birthday mostly due to it being one of a few places that had availability at the time we wanted for 12 people. I've never been here before. The menu is huge. When I ordered I showed the waitress on the tablet what I wanted, she then stated I get 2 sides with my meal. I went through 3 options with her, and she kept saying we don't offer that side with that meal any more, even though I was pointing it out on their tablet. Once we finally got the order in I received my drink. It was wrong. I didn't complain, just drank it. Then when the food arrived one person at the table wasn't served her meal, another person got her appetizer with her main course, 2 people's orders were switched, and my order was the wrong item and a different side than what I ordered. The waitress said they were out of my 4th option, and decided to just bring me rice. I stated that wasn't what I want so she did bring me another side of my choosing. The waitress never offered for refills on our drinks and mostly avoided the table once food was delivered. When the bills were brought she brought the handful of bills and left them on the end of the table instead of handing the appropriate cards back to their respective people. Also, I stated this was for my wife's birthday in the reservation. The waitress didn't do anything for it, or at minimum ask us if we wanted dessert. Everyone was pretty disappointed and we likely won't be back. It's convenient, and the food is ok for it's price, but I would keep the bar set low for expectations.

Buyer Beware! There is a hidden cover charge, a fee just to sit and eat. It is hidden as an “Admin Fee” on your bill. The food was good but I don’t like the idea of me having to pay just to sit and eat there.

$350 for three pizzas, few beers, salad and a few deserts. That’s including the automatic gratuity and $15 service fee. Are you crazy ! Mistake on my part for not researching better. That aside food was good and service was adequate. Atmosphere was fine . Surprisingly quiet during a game . Easy to get seated. Can’t return for that price ,insane . Bummer, otherwise good spot.

I cannot stress enough how this place is absolute garbage. The food sucks, specifically the pizza, which is in their damn name. It is wildly expensive, too. Bad pizza that is cheap would be MAYBE okay.
I love pizza. All kinds of pizza. I am from CT, so I love good pizza from New Haven, however, I am not as picky as some would think. I like Digiorno. I like Little Caesars. I like Dominos. If it is OK pizza that is not pretending to be anything other than OK, and the price reflects that, I am fine with it.
Pizza house was overpriced AND crap. That is not OK.
Digiorno is better (and cheaper). Little Caesars is better (and cheaper). Backroom across the street is better (and cheaper).
Where do I begin with Pizza House? It was undercooked. It was dripping with toppings. The dough was crap even if it was cooked fully.
Oh yea, it is also insanely expensive. I would MAYBE be OK with this if I was drunk and it was free.
I am a thicc dude. I eat a lot of pizza. I can eat a whole Digiorno myself. I can eat a whole pizza from Little Caesars myself. I ate two slices from Pizza House after barely eating all day. It was trash. I did not want any more.
Also the tablet menus suck and the service charge sucks. Make your prices higher, get rid of the service charge, people will feel better about that. Tablet menus are dumb and clunky.
