The server was new and could have used assistance in improving our experience. Three out of the four orders for our table were cold. My elder father asked for melted butter for his meal and was told the only options were pre packaged pats -which didn't even slightly melt when put on his vegetables. There were only one or two other tables being served, so cold entrees were inexcusable. Prices were higher than expected for the options. One of the entrees were not as described or pictured and we were told there works be an extra charge to provide the condiment that was clearly written in the description. The atmosphere was cool, but doubt my family will be back.

Yesterday at lunch I visited with a colleague and we ordered a couple of beers and lunch dishes. The food was absolutely outstanding. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and clearly prepared with great care.
What impressed me even more was the kindness of the staff. I accidentally left a valuable item at the restaurant, and when I called the next day, they had carefully kept it safe for me. I was truly grateful for their honesty and thoughtfulness.
The warm hospitality of the staff, along with the excellent beer and delicious food, made this a memorable experience that I won’t forget. I would gladly recommend this place to anyone and look forward to visiting again.

nice atmosphere, food cold on arrival to table, appetizers came out same time as meal, ice melted in drinks, ie clearly sat a while till sent to table (delayed). Don't understand the service fee (think this was from COVID days when servers were not making enough money). Used to be great piazza here, but tonight was very plain (and cold).

Forgot to review this place back when I went. Only place that was open and we didn't realize their pricing was ridiculous. Plus the completely pointless 5% admin fee (just raise your prices that amount??). And after spending like $30+ on a medium, was it the best pizza I've had? No, in fact it was actually not good at all.
Avoid!!! Go to NY Pizza Depot instead <3

Alexis was awesome!! super kind and i never had to ask for a refill. probably won’t come back just because of the price, there’s a lot of places with a better atmosphere with cheaper food.

We had a larger group (11) when we arrived they told us they were waiting for another large group to leave for our table. No big deal. Once the other group left our table was ready quickly. The restaurant seemed busy for a Monday night. Our waitress was AMAZING!!

Our waitress would disappear for more than 20 minutes at a time and many times we tracked her down to refill drinks, ask for a status on food and for a bill. The food was tepid because she let it sit too long. She then ran my card on my sister's bill and vice-versa. I waitressed for a long time. No excuse for this one. The worst part is being a table of 7 a 20% tip was automatically included. She didn't deserve it.
I booked a reservation here for my wife's birthday mostly due to it being one of a few places that had availability at the time we wanted for 12 people. I've never been here before. The menu is huge. When I ordered I showed the waitress on the tablet what I wanted, she then stated I get 2 sides with my meal. I went through 3 options with her, and she kept saying we don't offer that side with that meal any more, even though I was pointing it out on their tablet. Once we finally got the order in I received my drink. It was wrong. I didn't complain, just drank it. Then when the food arrived one person at the table wasn't served her meal, another person got her appetizer with her main course, 2 people's orders were switched, and my order was the wrong item and a different side than what I ordered. The waitress said they were out of my 4th option, and decided to just bring me rice. I stated that wasn't what I want so she did bring me another side of my choosing. The waitress never offered for refills on our drinks and mostly avoided the table once food was delivered. When the bills were brought she brought the handful of bills and left them on the end of the table instead of handing the appropriate cards back to their respective people. Also, I stated this was for my wife's birthday in the reservation. The waitress didn't do anything for it, or at minimum ask us if we wanted dessert. Everyone was pretty disappointed and we likely won't be back. It's convenient, and the food is ok for it's price, but I would keep the bar set low for expectations.

Buyer Beware! There is a hidden cover charge, a fee just to sit and eat. It is hidden as an “Admin Fee” on your bill. The food was good but I don’t like the idea of me having to pay just to sit and eat there.

Lovely-looking place with great presentation, but most of the food we got was either just okay or not good at all. Extra disappointing when the pizza wasn't good and the place is called Pizza House. The Impossible Burger I got was really good, though.
