This is my favorite restaurant to go to. I rarely go elsewhere when eating out. I just left and I had a great interaction with the new manager. He was very welcoming and worked with me on making my order in a different way than normal. Plus he did much more!

He informed me that the previous manager had went on with different endeavours and I wish her the best. She had a big personality that I loved! She was the main reason why I would come. She went above and beyond when working!

I also love the setting of the business. Too many businesses are overly busy that are near by like chipotle but not here, it’s very relaxing.

One thing that I also like is that there is a wheelchair accessible door with a button to press. That’s important to me as places of business are often not wheelchair accessible and don’t care to be even though I don’t use a wheelchair.

I hope the business continues to grow as it’s deserving!

The employees who served us have no customer service skills. The lobby was loud and we explained that we couldn't hear what she was saying and she said she is not speaking any louder which is perfectly fine but unnecessary to say to us she simply could have waited a few seconds for the large group in the lobby to leave out of the front door and repeated herself. The sushi rice was clearly old along with several other toppings. As far as poke restaurants in Ann Arbor this is definitely bottom of the barrel when it comes to both service and quality

I walked in to get dinner between my study session, and the person working greeted me with an ugly stare. I've never been to this place before, so I don't know how the sizes work or how to request my order. When I tried to ask her a question, she rolled her eyes and pointed at the screen, saying nothing. After I just walked out. I thought she was treating me a certain way because I am a hijabi, but looking at the other reviews she's like this with everyone.

I just had Poke Poke for the first time today for lunch. It was delicious! The staff at the Falkenberg Rd location in Tampa was so friendly, helpful and even walked me through my selections! I will definitely be back.

Decided to give this poke place a try after walking by looking for a quick lunch spot. Food tasted off and didn't taste fresh at all. Rice was clumpy and dry, salmon tasted mushy. Disgusting. Would not pay $20 for a small bowl with additional upcharge ingredients. The person working also looked miserable and was dry and rude when we were placing the order. Service matched the food... Would not come back or recommend.

Insanely RUDE service....(as of APR 22 2025) There is a particular person I regularly see here that seems miserable EVERYTIME. I am not exactly sure what her dealio is but she makes it clear that she hates her job.

She yells and shouts at me like I am serving her. She teases and taunts and makes it uncomfortable with the customers. Then proceeds to make the incorrect order putting in terayaki sauce into my food when I never mentioned it.

I am a tolerable guy but this is the 3rd strike and this needs to be reported. I shouldn't feel uncomfortable entering a restaurant and question wether i should get food because of the server.

Unacceptable.

The salmon and tuna are both terrible, feels like they started to decompose… the texture is just very off… not to mention the taste. Totoro or slurping turtles serve fish with much higher quality! Like other reviews, little portion, pricey, and rude service…

Tasted good.... Until I found a long hair in my bowl (I have very short hair). To be fair, I didn't point out to them because I had to eat and run.

Very rude on the phone! I called because of a health issue I have, and due to the lack of description online I had to verify beforehand. I was really excited to try this place but I couldn't even get a simple question answered without being yelled at... I truly don't understand.

any seaweed salad or avocado is a $2 up charge. the half of an avocado we got was not fresh, had dark bits, and did not taste good. paying $2 just to get a gray avocado half was not awesome. the mango cubes were so hard, had no flavor, and very obviously not fresh either. the service was nice!

Ordered for takeout today and Francis and Liana are an unmatched crew! Vibes from both of them are so welcoming and definitely brightened up my day - service that’s really hard to find nowadays cause the world is going to 💩 Thank you for the amazing service and for uplifting my mood! Will be back 🙏
