I never thought that I would have to come here to leave a review for Potbelly's. This is by far my favorite place to get lunch. The staff is wonderful and friendly, the store is clean, and the food is outstanding. Yesterday however, we ordered lunch and I got my usual, a wreck, and unfortunately it was just a big mustard sandwich!! I was so disappointed. I never thought there would come a day I would have a complaint about this place.

I’m not frequent flier for Potbelly. It’s usually not even on my radar. I would like to give a special mention to Hayley and Anthony, who were exceptional in their service. The owner of this location has truly found gem associates who made my visit memorable.

One thing that stood out to me was the level of competence and friendliness displayed by the staff. It can be difficult to find staff who not only possess excellent customer service skills but also...
