Went into Potbelly's today for the first time on Thursday August 28th 2025 at 2:15 p.m. The young lady that waited on me and made my sandwich was very kind and courteous. The buildings atmosphere was comfortable and the place was absolutely immaculate. After checking out, I was talking with what I assumed was the manager, Alex. He gave me a oatmeal raisin cookie on the house because it was my first time there and I told him they were my favorite. The sandwich and the cookie...

This past Sunday, I brought my wife and kids to Chili’s for dinner on our way back home to Ohio after visiting family in Ann Arbor. Afterward, we ended up walking next door to Potbelly’s for milkshakes and cookies.

After maybe thirty minutes at Potbelly’s, we didn’t even realize that we had stayed past closing time until the manager, Anthony, let us know that they would be locking doors but politely informed us that we were more than welcome to stay...
