This past Sunday, I brought my wife and kids to Chili’s for dinner on our way back home to Ohio after visiting family in Ann Arbor. Afterward, we ended up walking next door to Potbelly’s for milkshakes and cookies.

After maybe thirty minutes at Potbelly’s, we didn’t even realize that we had stayed past closing time until the manager, Anthony, let us know that they would be locking doors but politely informed us that we were more than welcome to stay...

I never thought that I would have to come here to leave a review for Potbelly's. This is by far my favorite place to get lunch. The staff is wonderful and friendly, the store is clean, and the food is outstanding. Yesterday however, we ordered lunch and I got my usual, a wreck, and unfortunately it was just a big mustard sandwich!! I was so disappointed. I never thought there would come a day I would have a complaint about this place.

I’m not frequent flier for Potbelly. It’s usually not even on my radar. I would like to give a special mention to Hayley and Anthony, who were exceptional in their service. The owner of this location has truly found gem associates who made my visit memorable.
