QDOBA Mexican Eats

I ordered a soup and I'm the past I got some chicken added at no cost. Then I noticed they charged $3.45 for a half spoon of chicken. I mentioned it to the manager and she said they had to. I won't be going to Quoba's anymore at least post you charge for extras to be added to the soup.

I've been to this Qdoba a lot, and every time I go, I've always left satisfied, from the amount of food, to the social interaction. The staff are super friendly and make even the short time spent there super personable. By the time you leave, it feels like you picked up some food from a friend's house. Weird to say maybe, but they definitely go out of their way most of the time to make you feel that way and to get you what you want.

I have been going to this location for many years. They used to have the nicest employees and the restaurant was very clean. That has changed. I almost walked out because of how dirty and messy the area around the food was. I won’t be going back.

Unquestionably the dirtiest restaurant I have ever encountered. A fly was lingering behind the counter. Soda fountain was out of order on three selections. Surprised the QDOBA franchise would tolerate such a poor representation of their brand!

I love Qdoba and usually visit the Washtenaw/Huron location, which is always great. However, this time I went to the Main Street location, and it was a very different experience. The staff and the building were not up to the cleanliness standards expected for serving quality food. Two men had long hair with no covering, hanging directly over the food, and the food line was a mess. It just gave me an icky feeling eating the food when the staff didn’t seem to take cleanliness seriously.
