The employees at this location put meat in my vegan burrito bowl, & in my opinion; it was intentional. I threw up what little I ate after seeing this, the burrito bowl was made perfectly to hide the meat. If I didn't shake it up, I probably would've eaten some and got severely ill as I haven't consumed any sort of animal product in almost 10 years. Do not trust this location; their employees are negligent & lazy at best, and committing federal crimes by tampering with your food for fun at worst. Either way, I will never purchase anything from this location ever again. I'd recommend staying far away as possible from this location if you want clean food.Vegetarian options: You're taking a gamble of your ethics by trusting this location to take your dietary morals seriously. 2-14-24 just got carryout and experienced great service from all the staff. Spoke briefly with the gm and shift manager who were both friendly and polite. The employees all seem happy. Overall this Qdoba stands out from the others in ann arbor for their superior customer service and quality food (tastes better then any Qdoba I have ever ate at). This Qdoba will continue to be my go to for the foreseeable future.

Hands down the worst place to work/eat at. The place is NEVER clean, it is extremely ghetto and unprofessional. The inside of the walk-in, refrigerator, and fryer for the chips are ALWAYS dirty. The catering closet is full of dirty mildew rags and bugs flying around, the bathroom is ALWAYS out of service, food that is ALWAYS moldy. The GM have a horrible attitude, she do not know how to communicate with her workers, she ALWAYS mess up on inventory the staff never have everything that they need, she take more breaks outside smoking cigarettes than actually making sure her store is being ran properly. It’s more food being giving for free at this place than a homeless shelter. The store always open up late, the inside of the sweet/unsweetened tea have mold in it. If you’re looking for a job this is not the place at the moment, it will be a very uncomfortable, irritable (hour less) job. Corporate really need to investigate this store.Glad I am not an employee at this place any more I am honestly surprised that no customer’s had food poisoning.

Excellent service! I showed up later in the evening, and there was no line. Everyone was super pleasant. They were out of pico, but the dude making my nachos suggested the mango salsa and wowza was that delicious! I do wish the music had been a little quieter as we had trouble understanding each other at times. Doesn't help that I'm so short that my mouth is below glass level. 10/10 will visit again.

Was told to leave and “they’re not open” when in fact the door was unlocked and the store front door claims to open at 10:30. I was refused service while other customers who entered after me, once I got to my car, were served.

The food was disgusting. I've never been to a location where the food doesn't taste like QDOBA. The food was cold and the seasoning was disgusting. I don't know what they are using specifically at this location but man... it was horrible. I ended up throwing up within 30 minutes after attempting to eat some of it (I'm not lying about this either). Definitely has a weird/ different taste than the other Qdobas. I did wait about 10-15 minutes being the only one waiting for someone to help me. The girls were all in the back room for awhile.

Worst service ever! Came in the evening to pick up bowl, was told you will have to wait for 15 mins without given a reason why I need to wait. Got to the counter to order, the place was yucky! Food was dripping everywhere. None of the servers wore gloves while making the bowl. Packed queso and chips with bare hands!! Food was not chewable… wasted my time and money! The staff was rude, zero customer service! This place needs to close . Multiple food safety violations.
