Dear owner .. your staff need to be changed or given proper customer service training... I'm sure your sales would increase. I don't know who the owner or the manager is, but your employees are not respectful at all

I’ve been to this location many times without issue, up until twice recently. Inattentive staff doesn’t usually bother me, though it does when the food is clearly not warm/fresh. Even more so when I am
Given a bag of chips that have been cooked in rancid oil. The smell was an intense cleaning spray smell, with the taste being much the same.

Rude experience while ordering and workers on their phones while cashing customers out. The food also does not taste nearly as fresh as it used to.

I’ve come into this Qdoba a few times and have had a great experience until the past 2 visits. When coming in last time there was 3 girls(workers) yelling and hollering/gossiping for a couple of minutes before helping me. I just came in today and the same girls were working and being very obnoxious and as soon as me and my work partner walked in a girl obnoxiously screamed “they’ve been here before” and ran to the back. I’m very disappointed with the childish behavior.

I gotta just say , this Qdoba is fantastic ! I come here at least four times a week ! The staff is excellent and it always looks so clean !
Specific shoutout to Hannah (the manager) and Dom ! They are the two kindest employees I’ve ever interacted with !
I highly recommend coming to this location if you want to feel instant euphoria ! 🧡

Atmosphere was lame and there was a bunch of mold in the sodia machine. I drank it anyway cause I bought the soda but it was still gross. Food was good and convenient.

9.20.25 went into this location to pickup my order. I saw on the rewards app it was FREE chips and queso day. I asked the staff member if I could redeem it but to my surprise she was rude and told me that was only for in-store purchases. I shrugged it off went back to the car and told my boyfriend I didn’t get my chips and queso. He ended up calling the location to speak to the manager on shift (Hannah) to which she said the staff member knew about the promotion and was sorry. To make up for it, the manager gave us two free entrees and the order of chips with queso. We went the following day to get the deal Hannah gave us but again to my surprise she didn’t write the note or text their group chat like she said she would. Thankfully Dom and another gentleman on staff that day contacted the manger. They didn’t get a response but still made up for me. They were apologetic and explained that a catering order got pushed up 4hrs then the original time. I’ve worked in food service and know how stressful that can be but being rude to a repeat customer was uncalled for. Thank you staff on 9.21.25 for accommodating us, much appreciated!
