QDOBA Mexican Eats

This location serves plain, unseasoned rice, and meat. I don’t think there is a pinch of salt or cilantro on the rice. The steak was dry and tasted like the smell of dog food. Even with today’s standard of fast-casual food, this place stands alone. I’ve eaten here twice now, and did not learn my lesson the first time. i’m not the type of person to leave reviews, but every time i leave this place i feel robbed of $16.

The costumer service here was terrible. They were making fun of what we were ordering, my sisters boyfriend ordered a double wrapped burrito and they laughed and said “next time you come in order a triple wrap”. They were carelessly slamming our food on the table, they kept messing up our order, and they all just seemed like they hated their job. The food was mid, the chips were super oily. In conclusion DON’T GO HERE. Worst service and food ever

Inconsistent servings. I ordered a steak and chicken burrito and the girl who made mine (very unpleasant constant frown like she hates her job) gave excess steak and chicken. My husband ordered a bowl and got a small fraction of what I did. Another guest picking up a carry out order came back and “didn’t want to complain but this is the third time our order is messed up”. Apparently toppings were missing and they said nothing but “we ran out”. I didn’t hear the rest to know how it was resolved but I am sure he will not be back either. Very disappointing as we usually enjoy this location.
Side note the store was a mess.. Food all over the floor in the lobby and in the kitchen. Literally watched the girl behind the counter throw chips on the floor.

Got food here today, and my rice was completely undercooked. It’s disappointing because I love this place, but this is the second time my rice hasn’t been cooked all the way.

Kaitlyn’s the best

I ordered the burrito and it was very good. They offer lots of items to add to
it. It's quite easy to get to with plenty of parking. Even though I think it's a tad pricey I'll probably return.

Always decent quality, not always guaranteed portion sizes. Sometimes the chips are incredibly salty, but sometimes not.

Delicious meal. Pick up for all my co-workers resently. Food was hot and tasty.

0/10 wouldn’t recommend! Went inside stood there 5mins as a man made an online order didn’t act knowledge me at all. As a woman stands next to him look at me then proceeds to go to the back. So stood another 5 and still nothing so I left and as of right now I’m still hungry ..
