At this point they are selling pieces of charcoal not chicken, a Bowl or scrapped charcoal, Burnt rice and chicken at this location is 15$ and the guy there always trying to rush not even paying attention trying to rush orders I was asking for fajita he didn’t even bother explaining or reaching to check if there is more, place looks like it lacks management, so sad to see Qdoba going under like this. I used to order my lunch from this location everyday since I work across the street. Sad to taser things go like this. Especially with the quality of the bowl I got today I won’t give it to my dog.

You know I've been trying to make this location work, but after years of subpar practices, I have to say I'm done. I don't want to drive 15mins for a better Qdoba.This store closes early, turns off online orders, makes subs when they don't have something without asking. It is purely the staff that kills this place. Maybe they should hire like Tropical Smoothie.

Always get a receipt. I didn’t, suspected I was correctly charged for two entree combos at $33 after 15% tip. Next day I found I was charged $63.89. Infuriated that I left a tip to the people that stole from me. Contacted Qdoba customer service but have no resolution days after the fact.

Ordered the kids nachos and when I picked it up, I asked about chips since I didn’t see them in the bag. The teenager that was standing there said the chips have to be ordered on the side, otherwise they go in the bowl. This has never been the case. We have been ordering the kids nachos from this location for years now and we have never got the chips IN the bowl. I decided to roll with it anyway knowing my child was going to be upset. Then I got home and what we received was an absolute joke of a meal. Mostly chips in a bowl with a squirt of sour cream and pico.

My granddaughter and I came in for early dinner, the service was fine. She was very patient with us we had never been. The choice's were many, and the steak and veggies I added was on target. My burrito was so huge for the money that I literally ate half Fri eve. And the other half on Saturday for lunch.Dietary restrictions: They have tender chicken and wheat burrito wraps, and a big selection of veggies.Parking: Handicap parking is right at the front door. Very handy as I am.
So I spent all day in the hospital not being able to eat, I got out late, got to Qdoba 30 mins before they closed. The workers already had all the utensils cleaned up but I thought no biggie, I’ll just deal with them scooping my stuff by hand or with a little ramekin then I get to the car and everything is super cold, look through my history of reviews, I never say anything is cold. This made me super bummed man. Went to go back in the store, at 9:40 and they have the door locked. Lame. I get wanting to get out of work, but if you have posted time open until 10pm have your quality reflect that or just close earlier.
Brendan and Alli absolutely delightful. This is my first time at the Ann Arbor location with a client for lunch on Zeeb Rd! Location is clean atmosphere is upbeat. A huge shout out to Brenden and Alli!!

I saw a little roach when I came inside and it ran behind the counter. I really just wanted a bowl so I ignored the bugs , I said I saw a bug and the employee Brandon was clearly mad and got an attitude . He spit in my food and said I look like a cripple and said he don’t serve people like me and I might as well leave ?? then he threw a piece of chicken at my head but I caught it in my mouth and spit it in his face lol.

Generally a good Qdoba. My only consistent issue is that the white rice (I can't comment for the brown rice as I haven't had it) is always crunchy/undercooked. This has made Qdoba a rarity in my household since none of us care for crunchy rice.
