To the employee who was so kind today, I wish I knew his name; people like you restore my faith in humanity.

This is the worst Qudoba ever

I ordered a chicken bowl and got about 4 pieces of chicken in it even after asking the worker to add a little more. On top of that my food was completely cold - like just pulled leftovers out of the fridge cold.

Went for the second time ever today to a Qdoba. Wow, do those workers inside the Union dislike their jobs and it's clear this is not a one off. Yelling and arguing with each other (both times I visited) and skimping on food - big time. Ordered a steak bowl both times and each time she filled a spoon with steak, leveled it and dumped out half back into the container. The bowl had hardly anything in it for $13. It will be a short walk, but I'll be going to Chipotle from now on.

Despite having a limited menu everything that they did have was exactly what I wanted. The bowl was delicious and the staff was really helpful! Would come again!

The experience was not bad. They do have a limited menu though. But that was ok with me. Great service and good tasting food!

Regrettably, it's time to don the critic's hat for this culinary adventure, though I must say, it had more twists and surprises than a soap opera plot! I ventured into this establishment with high hopes, having ordered a bowl of deliciousness.Picture this: I'm savoring every bite, reveling in the flavors, when suddenly, a produce sticker makes an unexpected cameo on one of my peppers! Yes, my dear reader, I couldn't help but wonder if I had stumbled into a culinary version of Willy Wonka's chocolate factory, only with a produce twist.Summoning my courage, I marched back to the cashier, sticker in hand, and showed him the star of the show. The staff promptly took center stage, recreating my order. It was like a live-action performance, and I was the honored audience member.Eagerly, I returned to my apartment, ready to give the meal another whirl. This time, as I indulged, I felt a peculiar sensation in my mouth. Lo and behold, it was a hair that decided to join the dinner party! It was as though the universe conspired to turn my meal into a culinary circus act. While I appreciate the establishment's commitment to providing surprise entertainment, I must confess that I came for a meal, not a magic show. Alas, I left with my taste buds bewildered and my sense of adventure fully satisfied. In the end, this dining experience was more eventful than a rollercoaster ride – a real hair-raising experience, you might say!1 out of 5.

I want to start by saying I am normally a HUGE fan of QDoba and think they typically offer a better product than Chipotle... But this QDoba needs help. I realize they just opened but their service and care is incredibly lacking. The place is FILTHY and it just opened a few weeks ago. There was food spilled everywhere and no one seems to care. In addition, they still don't offer all of their products so I just ordered chips and queso.... I don't mean to sound stingy but this cup is not even close to filled up. I hope they can figure it out because I was very excited about having QDoba in the Michigan Union and as of right now I can never go back to this particular location. I would much rather walk two blocks down the street to Chipotle.

Place is on the rise, doing what they can with a learning staff and being just opened. So be kind. Gary did a great job and go to him for all your bowl and burrito needs!

Customer service was probably the worst I've ever experienced from a food service establishment. Employee was rude upon asking a question regarding payment and pointed to an almost illegible hand written sign that was 1. very far away and 2. very hard to read. My co worker and I were taken aback by the rude tone and curtness of the response to our question. I work very close to this location and it is convenient, but I will NOT be coming back after the treatment I received today.
