Extremelyyyyy disappointed, hated my tea and had to throw it after a sip.

They have the worst milk teas.

Don't try their almond flavor milk tea. My $7.54 was wasted. Smelled horrible!

It’s a hit or miss. One day your drink is fine. Next day your drink is seriously watery and has no flavor at all. Than has a ton of tea leaves on the bottom. Popcorn chicken almost 75% dried and cold when I receive it. And I spend 4-5 times more than the average customer. They know exactly who this is. So consistency would be nice.

It would be a 5 star, but the last two times I visited and ordered their snow/slush. They came back as literal ice cubes b/c it wasnt blended for long enough. I’m incredibly heart broken and can’t help but think they hate me

I ordered a meal and it was stolen.

Super disappointing, this used to be my favorite boba place and the quality has dipped like crazy. Preordered through Snackpass and drink wasn’t made until 30 minutes after I got the notification it was ready for pickup. When I asked if the drink was ready, the server was very rude, saying only “it’s gonna be a while” before ignoring me. When the drink came out, it was only 3/4 full, room temperature, the tapioca pearly were overcooked, and mushy. Did NOT taste good. Def not coming back here

The service was friendly and the drinks were great. the drinks was refreshing. The atmosphere was also pleasant, which made the visit enjoyable.
mango fruit tea is really good

Very apathetic service, no hi, no welcome, said “thank you” to the almost zero hospitality, no response back; place looks dirty, doors full of greasy fingerprints, tables look like they ve never been wiped, cashier person looks like they really didn’t care nor wanted to be there. They always have the “hiring “ sign but it s always the same apathetic non friendly cashier each time; last time I m stepping in there, no thx!

Mango slushie and strawberry snow. Tasted great in the moment but made us feel quite sick several hours later.

Delicious drinks and great selection. Make sure you get the large size, as it is $1 more than the regular but twice as big!

Watered down Boba drinks. Terrible!

The quantity of bubble tea and food is good. We got large size taro and it is gigantic. The popcorn chicken is good but not outstanding. Overall a good place to chill in Ann Arbor.

Honestly i see why this is one of the popular boba shops. Super fast service, and the teas are better than most, especially for the price

Awesome service, orders up fast! Their waffle fries and popcorn chicken are delicious. The taro milk tea is good as well.
