This happened tonight(11’9) around 1am

When I was trying to refill my sweet tea at the fountain machine near the pickup counter, a group of people was crowding that area. They gave way to me but also started nudging me and touching my hair to get a reaction, which was extremely humiliating. Despite security being present outside, I felt very unsafe in that moment.

Also earlier on I was enjoying our order with my girlfriend outside. I was blocked by the security for entrance because of the crowd at fountain machine/checkout area. I am 6foot 2 and weighed 220lb. If a guy like me is treated like a nerd getting bullied at some crappy highschool. I would not recommend people coming in alone.

Crazy busy but faster than I ever got my food from a Cane's before. Great employees, great atmosphere.

Not happy that I was not given an immediate refund as I was placing a DoorDash order for a customer and I accidentally used my Crimson card. I asked the manager to give me a refund and she said oh I’ll take care of it later this evening. I said don’t you need the card. At raising Cane‘s in Oklahoma City if I do this they’ll need the card and they’ll do it immediately. She did not do that. I’m gonna go ahead and file a dispute on with my credit card company because I know in the next three days I’ll still see that charge on there. The lady taking my order was quick to re-ring the customers again to pay with the DoorDash card. I said where’s my refund and she said oh I got you. I’ll take care of it by today. It sounds like a lie to me. I’ll be talking to a manager in the morning

Really unsure what all the hype is about - some tiktok fad? It is basically a different type of fast food in my mind with limited options... Basically just chicken and fries, coleslaw and bread. The dipping sauce is good. The Arnold palmer is delish, though.

I have been to at least 20+ different canes in my lifetime but this is the first time I have ever been served RAW CHICKEN. I knew something wasn’t right as the tenders coating was so soggy and it seemed that they didn’t know how to fry it. I understand that it’s a new location but they should’ve transferred someone from a different location to teach them how to cook.

The security team at this location are horrible. They are rude and demanding. After verifying i had a personal pickup I was let in the short line, then a very rude blond woman working as a security guard accosted me. She claimed I was there skipping the line to pick up a door dash. She claimed this nonsense after the other guard had let me in and verified me. She demanded I show her my order and I said no I had already been checked in. Then she claimed she was just trying to help me as I had to repeatedly ask her to stop harassing me. She needs to be fired ASAP. Security is at times needed at a restaurant but this group is ruining the vibe and morale of the whole place. Their job could easily and more cheaply be done by well trained canes staff. Also, it is inappropriate to ask dashers and other delivery drivers to wait in the full line. Drivers should be let in the online door. I don't understand why this policy changed. Overall, I'd skip this place any busy night they have the guards there.
