Came in for our first ever biscuit and the team here made it one of the most joyful dining experiences of my life. In all seriousness, the level of warmth and hospitality was above and beyond. Couldn’t recommend it more.

I ordered the seafood boil with crab via DoorDash and it came to me without the crab. The woman on the phone who I assume was the manager was extremely condescending and dismissive and told me to get a refund via DoorDash even though they can’t refund an error made by the restaurant. I will not be frequenting this location ever again.

We eat at Red Lobster often. Tonight 11/15/25 we arrive, our table is dirty along with the bench, hostess cleaned it off… but the table still Looked dirty??? It was sticky and felt terrible. The hostess said she thinks the varnish is “just” coming off (get rid of the table or fix it then) it’s gross, you can scape it off with your fork, (speaking of fork mine were dirty out of the napkin🤢)!!! I took pictures but I don’t know if I have a place to post them?? We also notice little by little prices go up, less food. You use to be able to get soup or salad with your meal, plus a choice of vegetable, now you get either soup or salad or a vegetable (1 of 3). I can say tonight is the first time I’ve had the broccoli there and it was actually done and not hard. Biscuits are always good, salmon always good. Just was not happy at a nasty table… oh, the young couple across from us had to have their table cleaned off too after they already were seated! Yuck! Staff and everyone are very nice, not their fault the business is not taking care of the issues inside. Like everyone else they’re probably under staffed.

I want to thank the staff at our local Red Lobster for rolling out the red carpet of kindness to my mother on her 78th birthday. She is disabled, so getting in and out and into a booth and up and down is very difficult, and we were greeted with patience and sincere celebration for her birthday dinner. Thank you to Courtney and Ileina in Ypsilanti, Michigan on Oct 13th.
