tonight was not a good night there my lava burger the waiter didn't get the liquid all over hole burger and the desert brownie was way over cooked couldn't eat.. Waiter was nice but didn't fix the issues

Place was practically empty, and the bartender wanted to act like I didn't exist. Asked for water on the side with my beer, and she walked away practically ignoring my request to go talk with the rest of her fellow staff and acted snotty the entire time.

Terrible experience. I enjoy Red Robins, but definitely won't be back to this location.

LaToya was absolutely amazing. Taking care of us in between all the work she was doing with multiple tables. She took care to make sure what was GF stayed that way and made sure our drinks and sides were full.

Dined at the Ann Arbor Red Robin and the staff was excellent. Our server Marcus and Manager Natalie and general manager Tammy were fantastic. We had an issue at another location and this location actually took care of us here. Unbelievable. Love this place. Please visit you won't be disappointed. .
