We came in late and stayed until closing on a week day for a belated birthday celebration. The service and food was great even that late in the day. Everyone left happy.

We came in on an, unexpectedly busy, Sunday for my husband’s birthday and we had AMAZING service. The manager actually took care of us and she did amazing and was so kind. Our meal was perfect and the whole family left happy and full. Thank you!

I walked in and waited for like 5 minutes before a random customer told me I can sit anywhere. There was someone working at the bar and host stand who did not acknowledge me.
This should have been my sign to leave as the service after I sat down wasn’t better

tonight was not a good night there my lava burger the waiter didn't get the liquid all over hole burger and the desert brownie was way over cooked couldn't eat.. Waiter was nice but didn't fix the issues

Place was practically empty, and the bartender wanted to act like I didn't exist. Asked for water on the side with my beer, and she walked away practically ignoring my request to go talk with the rest of her fellow staff and acted snotty the entire time.
Terrible experience. I enjoy Red Robins, but definitely won't be back to this location.
