The table service was very good. However, food service was terrible. We had 7:15 reservation, ordered byb7:30. Salad didn't come out until 8:30. Food came out by 8:45 and wasn't as hot as normal.

I took my 19-year-old son and his girlfriend for his birthday. We had calamari, ahi tuna, steak, mashed potato, Brussels sprout and a they sent a small cheesecake home with my son. Everything was well prepared and tasted wonderful. Conner took care of us - he was professional and considerate. We did not drink alcohol, but they had a good assortment of hot tea.

I don't often leave reviews, but felt prompted to share our recent experience at Ruth's Chris Steak House. We booked reservations for our 29th Anniversary and were both highly disappointed with Ruth's Chris Steak House in Ann Arbor. The ambiance felt like sitting in a large crowded room of loud people - not a quaint table. I've had better steak from Texas Road House. My petite-filet which was tough and what I thought was a complimentary dessert for our Anniversary was an overpriced frozen creme-brule. We enjoy fine dining and for a $300 bill for two, we expected better quality food and more attention to detail - clearing of dishes and either combing the crumbs or changing the clothe before dessert which was served with old burnt decaf coffee. We ordered two cocktails along with a petite-filet/shrimp combo and regular filet with two sides for dinner, and finished with a dessert and coffee. Our experience was highly disappointing and will not go back.

I had planned a dinner with my wife, hoping for a memorable experience this evening. Instead, we left feeling let down and a bit embarrassed that our evening went terrible . Our server came seemed inattentive and which was especially disappointing given that this was supposed to be a special evening. When we asked a few simple questions about the menu, the responses felt rushed leaving my wife and I feeling like we were more of an inconvenience than valued guests. My steak which i ordered ordered medium, was unevenly cooked—parts were overdone while others were undercooked. The crab cakes my wife had were extremely mushy The sides seemed tired, as though they had been sitting for some time. For a restaurant that prides itself on quality and consistency, this was a real disappointment.. I dont think we're going to return

We are long-time patrons of Ruth's Chris. The food is very high quality and the service is second to none. The perfect place for "date night" or other special occasions when you want everything to be "just so."
I ordered shrimp as an appetizer and left after getting it. I didn’t even want to see what a meal was going to look like after my shrimp was frozen and gross. I have bought better shrimp at Kroger than I was served here for $30. I was served 4 pieces of shrimp. I’m very disappointed in this restaurant and the service.

Ruth's Chris Steak House in Ann Arbor is a great place for great dinner. Some restaurants in the region are overpriced & now lack ambiance. This steakhouse is a worthy choice for those seeking a consistenly reliable cuisine. The staff are also very good at the duties they perform.

First time was very impressed with the luxurita drink was made to perfection Mac n cheese was very good and cheesy not bad for a steakhouse mash potatoes were good also the steak was juicy hot sizzling served with good char my step daughter birthday was celebrated and they treated us well will defiantly come back or try a different location since we don't have one in Toledo Ohio
