Waiter was attentive in beginning when seated, service fell off about half way through the meal. My sister in law was cleaning dirty dishes from the table, whilst awaiting the next course. The food was cooked well, although my 16oz ribeye was extremely salty. Waitress bagged left overs and a container was leaking, I called attention to the bag. Waitress did exchange food items into a plastic bag. A nat was at the table during the entire dinner, everyone was fanning their food to keep the bug from landing in one of our plates.

I went to one of these Ruth Chris steakhouses in New York years ago. It was by far the best steak I had ever had. Now I tried this one in Ann Arbor and had the same result. Absolutely top-notch filet mignon. Best I have had. Ruthcrest consistently delivers quality and an absolutely fantastic piece of meat. Very pricey so go in expecting that.

My wife and I both had Ribeyes. We asked for medium and received medium well. Not an egregious issue, but impacted the tenderness and internal flavor. Was simply overcooked.

The food was absolutely AMAZING 😍 Amanda did amazing explaining and serving us she ran her butt off and it didn’t go unnoticed, you do absolutely amazing at your job and the manager was even more amazing there 🥰 so funny and so professional this place was a 100/10 even with a few hiccups it was professionally handled I was super impressed with everything 🥰

Started out with a friendly greeting, then shown to our table quickly. Waitress was great, got drinks and appetizers ordered, then meals. Kept soft drinks coming without being asked. Food was excellent, as always at this restaurant.

Filet was overcooked wanted medium was definitely well. They did cook the second one perfectly. Ribeye lacked flavor, but was cooked perfectly. Appetizers and sides were delicious.
