The Wilderness has chosen...Sara's Sweets as the best bakery in GR! I was so nervous to submit my very niche request for a Yellowjackets themed cake for my birthday/the S3 premiere. I sent a few inspiration photos, but had no idea what to expect. When I say they exceeded my expectations, that is an understatement. The cake was PERFECT. From the hand-carved chocolate antlers, to the hidden rune symbols, to the HELIOTROPE purple cake color, I couldn't have imagined a better outcome. The best part? It was DELICIOUS!! Almond cake, almond buttercream frosting & chai frosting filling. We demolished it faster than they demolished Jackie! ;) THANK YOU for making this Antler Queen's dreams come true! :)

I called Sara’s Sweets on a Thursday afternoon and they told me they could have a cake ready by Saturday morning at 10 am. It was simple, a white cake with white buttercream frosting and shredded coconut on the outside and a little “Happy Birthday” on the board in purple. They created the perfect cake for my mom’s birthday. We were in from out of town and it was the icing on the cake (literally) to her birthday. The cake designer went above and beyond to make not only the cake perfect but also our experience. He was friendly, and clearly has a passion for what he does. Thank you for such a great experience.

This place is the best and only bakery for me! They made my diabetic husbands birthday cake was absolutely perfect! Fresh strawberries !! Whipped frosting and beautiful design !

Food is inedible. Ordered 2 deserts and both were frozen and you can feel ice while taking bite. Cookie was undercooked. Worst tiramisu I've ever had. Would never go there and advise others not to go as well.
Not only was my cake phenomenal, with taste & presentation. But the customer service is top tier. I could not recommend them enough!! I am so pleased with my birthday cake. 11/10

First time ordering. Wanted to treat ourselves, so this seemed like a great fit. We ordered the two dessert deal. One of our items was substituted, which wasn't too big of a deal. The substituted item was Cheesecake that was still frozen! Also, when ordering cannoli for the dessert deal, I would expect to at least get two cannolis, due to the markup, not a single cannoli. Less than impressed.

I ordered the cannoli's are close to perfect, as I remember from my childhood, so fresh and tasty, all the way to Marsala. I also ordered the brownies, and vary well done, in order to compete in Ann Arbor ya have to be a cut above whats already here and the cannoli's will keep me coming back...
