Delicious food, but so slow. I called in an order at 3pm and showed up at 4:10pm. They were still making it! This happens a lot here. If the food wasn't so good, I wouldn't keep coming back

Pretty disappointed with the food offering. The food was not good at all, not even close to justifiable to the high price. Was very disappointed with the food service - not very well done yet requiring 20% tip. Would not be recommending this.

The korean BBQ is not cheap but a first great date idea!

So disappointing. I understand restaurants are under pressure but that’s why we decided to eat out and support a local restaurant. We ordered ~$100 for 3 people. First issue was no banchan. They added it to our order after we questioned it explaining that we should have called in vs ordering on line (we used the link on their web page to order so why would that be different from calling?). We got home and then found out they’d left out the 10 pc Korean fried chicken we’d ordered. We called back and had a big run around. They told us we could request refund from online ordering service (again we used their link on THEIR website). I had to go back to get the chicken as there was no refund. The lady at the front was surprised I came back (it was the principal of it). Quite the hassle. Not worth coming back - lots of other Korean options in Ann Arbor much better than this.

I really wanted to like this place since it was so close to my work. But unfortunately my order was ready 20 minutes past the scheduled pick up time because it was made incorrectly the first time...and it was still incorrect even after they fixed it.I got the tteokbokki and bulgogi bento. Both were very bland and disappointing. I will say the dumplings were great though. I gave two stars because the staff were kind and I haven’t had the chance to try their cocktails and bbq. But the food (except the dumplings) has disappointed me greatly. We’ll give it another chance when dine-in is available...everyone has bad days and unfortunately today was theirs. :(

I love this place so much. I usually get sundubu spicy tofu soup) and jeyukbokeum (spicy pork) combo but ive had lots of other menu items and they are all good. Im not korean but i lived there for three years and seoul gardens food is as good as anywhere i had in Korea. Food is tasty. Service is wonderful. Every time i come here i feel so happy.

Until yesterday, this was one of my favorite places for Korean food. My family and I have been customers here since they opened many years ago. I'm not sure if they were just having an off night last night but the experience definitely wasn't good. I ordered via their online ordering system around 5 pm for a 6:30 pick-up. The bill was $100 for three people, much higher than I remember them being in the past. We got to the restaurant at 6:35 pm, they said the order wasn't ready and come back in ten minutes, fine. We came back, got the food and left. The person at the front was very apologetic and nice. When we got home I realized they had left an item out. I decided it wasn't a huge deal I would just call them after dinner and ask for a refund. As we started to opened the containers I realized one of the items was made completely wrong. I ordered tofu bibimbap and asked them to add the egg, which doesn't come with their tofu version normally. But what I got was lettuce, zucchini, and shredded carrots with a nearly raw egg on top. No rice, no tofu.So that was all fine, I just cooked at egg and stole some rice from another dish, no big deal. I was willing to let that all go. Then I called them to ask about the refund for the missing item, $9 spicy rice cakes, the person on the phone put me on hold, came back and said "yeah...we don't give refunds". She told me I could drive back and pick up my missing item. I asked again to make sure I heard correctly, she confirmed, they don't ever give refunds, even if it's 100% their mistake.Couldn't even be blamed on a third party service. We got food from here a few months ago and it was SO good, so not sure what is happening over there. I'm willing to try one more time, but will probably take my business to Hana or Macheko in Ypsilanti.

Good food and service. Especially since I could sit at a table instead of getting carryout. It was enjoyed by all.

The food was good but I am not gonna go for the five stars, I ve been to couple Korean BBQ’s around the country, took my girlfriend to the Seoul garden Ann Arbor on her birthday, the place was dead and the l’y could ve invested more into cleaning their grills on the tables.. food was good tho liked it

We were seated in the way back at a grill table. Had waters out quick. They are spacing guests out with more than 6 foot spacing between. They are cleaning surfaces between guests. We ordered the spicy BBQ chicken, one order, an avocado salad, house salad and the ttoekbokki for ro share. Neither of us were terribly hungry but were craving some spicy Korean food, then again when don’t I want Korean food? I really like that there wasn’t a minimum of 2 BBQ orders since my husband wasn’t really hungry and wanted salad and tteokbokki and just a few pieces of chicken at most. It’s also a plus that they trim up their chicken quite well and really lean too. The grill was out in minutes. The bountiful array of banchans were out, along with our avocado and house salad as well as the spicy BBQ salad. The spicy BBQ chicken plate was out and was nicely trimmed and so lean too. The meat cooked up nicely and tasted good too, nice with the neatly trimmed romaine leaves, a dot of the soy bean paste. Be sure to get some fresh garlic to grill up and eat with the chicken too. The house salad comes with ginger. The avocado salad is sliced avocados on top of the house ginger salad. The banchans are spicy pickled radish, fish cake, kimchi, shredded radish and broccoli. The waitress here is on top of things and is attentive and quick to respond, she’s efficient and checks up on us too. The tteokbokki isn’t spicy, more peppery, yet still flavorful. The sauce isn’t a thick pepper paste and more soupy. They offer full meal kits to take and cook up at home for the entire family. Average prices here. Service is good, food is also quite good as well.
