Excellent vegetarian food that would satisfy anyone. A true gem of Ann Arbor! Beautiful space and thoughtful service as well. Don't skip the tiramisu.
The food was tasteless and overpriced
We LOVE coming to Seva in Ann Arbor! The food is always so tasty and we are so happy they are Vegan friendly!
The food is really good and I love the vegetarian options. The general tsao cauliflower was amazing!! I tried the pizza bread but was very disappointed. I had coffee and it was bitter. It is a clean restaurant with lots of options.
I've never had a bad meal or experience here. I'm not vegan or vegetarian, but I don't miss meat when I eat here. Service is always great, too.
Great place. Our favorite.
Love this restaurant . Am a vegetarian.
Very good service. Very good food. We are not vegetarian but enjoyed the food.
Great food! Lots of vegan and vegetarian choices. If I was closer I would go at least once a week!
Unannounced, and unexplained, 20% surcharge on my bill (a party of five) is unacceptable. And, THEN, Seva "helpfully" suggested tip options on top of the 20% surcharge. We won't be coming back to this cash grab and are warning our friends.
Restaurantji Recommends
I gave this place 3 stars because my food was decent, and the cake was tasty. However, I tried my friend’s couscous, which was bland and lacked flavor. It was quite unappetizing. While I didn’t mind trying the restaurant, I’m not sure I’d recommend it or return.
Went here because I was invited by a friend, not because I am a vegetarian. He was motivated to go because of some social media posts stating the restaurant was having financial problems. Ordered Pad Thai for $24!!! It tasted just like Pad Thai. Noodles, 1 egg scramble, some tofu, a few peanuts and a few bean sprouts and some fish sauce, for $24! I have had Pad Thai at 3 other places in the last month, all equally good, all similar portion sizes, and all of these include meat as the protein, not tofu and all for $15 or less. I truly hope they can stay in business. But it won't be because it's a great value. And then the 20% tip for the nice lady that served us; making that bowl of noodles $28.80 !!!!
Great place to stop for dinner. Food is tasty and varied.
The waitress had a racist complex and she was terribly annoyed that my son requested peppers in his meal that they were not willing to accommodate, at a vegan restaurant that we patronize regularly. Then the manager was sent to our table when I complained and her attitude also exhibited the same passive aggressive racist attitude and therefore I will never patronize this restaurant again!
This has become a go to spot for me And my husband for lunch dates! The food is delicious- neither of us are vegan/ vegetarian but good food is good food. The atmosphere is also really cozy with all the plants in the window.
