Shake Shack Ann Arbor

Ordered through door dash tonight a shake shack burger and got a plain burger with just cheese. 0 stars if I could.

Generally speaking, I'm a big fan of this place, but I just got dinner for my wife and I and there were 2 larger hairs in her burger. Are we not wearing hair nets here or what?

Biggest issue is that there is no communication on how long the wait will be when you order in the restaurant. You could see it was busy, but what we could not know was that for every order they made for customers who ordered inside, there were 4 coming in online. I came in without experience with a 9 and 6 year old. I’m proud that they made it through the 45 minutes of standing for fast food. I’m also confused as to why our shakes were ready 20 minutes before our food. Sitting there slowly thawing. The shakes are good though. All in all not worth the money though and do not go when busy.

Should have gotten the K-burger without cheese, it tasted like Kraft singles in the plastic. Culver’s burgers are better and include a drink and fries.

Wow what is all the hype about? I had the shack burger with cheese and a fry. The fries were cooked properly they just tasted very bland and the burger was bland even with the sauce and small, very overpriced. Single patty cheese burger, small fry, small drink almost $17. I have to assume the ppl that left raving reviews never tried Culvers. Culvers offers a much better tasting Burger and fries at a better price. Place is extremely over hyped and overpriced. Service was pretty fast.

Highly recommend their “K-Shack Fried Chicken Sandwich”. Unlike other restaurants that sell chicken sandwiches, their chicken breast tasted like real chicken, the exterior crust wasn’t too thick, and the flavor combination was perfect and satisfying.

I don’t know if they were out of chicken but I got the chicken bites and they were completely different that usual and about 80% breading. They tasted like the most gordon food service, bought at the store real quick and fried chicken ever. I hope it was a one time thing because it was absolutely disgusting.

The best burgers & cheese fries ever! The food is so delicious I'm never disappointed with Shake Shake. I also had a chocolate malt shake with cookies crumbles that was amazing. 🍔 🥤

Good atmosphere. Food was hot and fresh and the employees where nice they offered me and my wife a free sample of tarimisu shake to try which wasn't to bad. The burgers are juicy and packed with flavor and the cheesy bacon fries are great tasting with the melted cheese really impacting the taste buds.

Awkward unfriendly big dude with glasses, black shirt, and hair cap that was calling names for to go orders at 5:50pm on 1/11/26 said my order wasn’t ready… a bunch of bags were placed in front of him I asked if any where mine and he didn’t respond. Just stared off into space. Finally 5 more minutes later another employee asks my name and of course it’s one of the bags just sitting there dying in front of him. Seriously terrible service, just put the to go orders on the shelf, it’ll be much more useful than that employee. Bacon was soggy but the patties were over cooked, how do you mess up both? I won’t be back. This place use to be good.

Food is pretty good, but they need to take orders at the counter and not just push people to do it themselves. It's very slow when they won't take counter orders.
