Took over 30 min to get my food missing garlic sauce for fries.service was abnormally slow and even if employees are new they should be trained better on announcing orders.Bathrooms where gross.

The burgers here are really delicious: soft buns, juicy meat, and fresh vegetables. There are often lines, but the service is fast, and the taste is really worth the wait.

Edit2: They've now changed their chicken bites breading and recipe apparently and they taste like crap now. They used to be delicious and now they taste like frozen Tyson crap. I will probably never buy these again and neither should you. Shameful terrible decision by the big wigs at shake shack.

Burgers were very good, Id say a 4.5/5 only because the lettuce isnt the best, but everything else about the burgers was great. Crinkle cut fries were good but Ive had better, still a solid 4/5. Chocolate shake with malt was also very good, solid 4/5. Atmosphere is nice, they make your food fresh, overall experience 4.5-5*, will definitely come back and will update to a 5* if we ever get some good lettuce =P

Edit: tried this place a few more times, lettuce has always thin and soggy, and the burgers are occasionally very salty. Other than that still solid, and I still think a 4*-4.5* is accurate.

The food was good. I didn't like that you have to pay for every little thing. If you want shake sauce +99, if you want onions +99, If you want whipped cream on your $6 shake +.49. If you want anything larger than a kids burger they start at $10.

Joshua was amazing. There are no servers here but Joshua made me feel even more comfortable and accommodated more than some regular servers I've had. Youre doing a wonderful job Joshua. 🤗

I had a very disappointing experience at the Ann Arbor Shake Shack yesterday . The manager, Corey, yelled and cursed at a young woman named Paris, who is always kind and professional with customers. This behavior was extremely unprofessional and made the atmosphere very uncomfortable for those of us dining there.

Paris did not deserve to be treated that way, and it reflected poorly on Corey as a leader. Employees should be treated with respect, and customers should not have to witness this type of conduct from management. I hope Shake Shack addresses this issue so staff like Paris can work in a supportive environment, and guests can continue to enjoy their experience at this location without being exposed to such behavior.
I feel that disciplinary action is necessary because if he feels like this behavior is OK in front of a total stranger I can only guess what he does when no one is around.

First experience! Fast friendly and good!
