Biggest issue is that there is no communication on how long the wait will be when you order in the restaurant. You could see it was busy, but what we could not know was that for every order they made for customers who ordered inside, there were 4 coming in online. I came in without experience with a 9 and 6 year old. I’m proud that they made it through the 45 minutes of standing for fast food. Highly recommend their “K-Shack Fried Chicken Sandwich”. Unlike other restaurants that sell chicken sandwiches, their chicken breast tasted like real chicken, the exterior crust wasn’t too thick, and the flavor combination was perfect and satisfying.
The best burgers & cheese fries ever! The food is so delicious I'm never disappointed with Shake Shake. I also had a chocolate malt shake with cookies crumbles that was amazing. 🍔 🥤
