The best wings I’ve ever had. I found out a couple weeks ago that they had logs; buffalo chicken, taco, and pizza. They are the best fried food item I’ve ever had. Owner is always there and is super kind as well. I am not a usual fan of blue cheese and I actually enjoy it at side biscuit. Definitely recommend

Ordered the fried chicken with Panang sauce. As a Southeast Asian, I have to commend the flavourful sauce and the fried Shallots - truly wonderful and reminds me of home (not in terms of authenticity but in terms of flavour profile). The chicken wings/drumsticks are fresh and not frozen, and they might have been brined such that the inside remain juicy.
Savoury biscuit is crumbly but so moist and soft on the inside (almost bread-like). For those who baked biscuit/scones before, you will know how well this is executed.
Will probably try again next time on other flavours for consistency. Only complaints: might be too salty for some (just remove some of the salt on the biscuit), limited street parking, and takeaway-oriented meant that you might not get the crispiest wings by the time you got home.

Side Biscuit serves up some of the best wings we’ve ever had, crispy, flavorful, and consistently excellent. Every time we’re on campus, it’s a must-visit spot. The buffalo wings are a standout, and while they only offer blue cheese dressing (no ranch), even as die-hard ranch fans, we found their house-made blue cheese to be incredible, it complements the wings perfectly.
The fries are also top-notch, crispy and well-seasoned. We always opt for takeout, and the process is smooth and efficient. Plus, there’s a great little market next door where you can grab some craft beers or other beverages to pair with your meal.
Overall, Side Biscuit delivers a fantastic experience with delicious food and a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Excellent food served by a man who knows his wings. We had a lovely conversation with the owner and found out he's from Buffalo,no wonder the wings are so legit! You won't be sorry if you run right to Side Biscuitntor wings, biscuits and amazing salads. Grab a T-shirt while you're there because you can be sure no one else has one.
Have been eating here since day one, my late friend chef Sean Marshall turned me on to the place and I honestly have never found a better wing in Michigan. The weekly biscuits are a perfect treat to pair with the wings. These are true NY wings reminiscent of the Anchor Bar, but with so many more options.
