Chef Jordan Balduf is a Buffalo native. More expensive than a chain but well worth it. Think jamaican jerk sauces, szechuan rubs, and the classic Buffalo. He also puts out weekly special flavors for wings/biscuits/sandwiches. Part of @misfitbiscuits, food popups around AA including Lucha Puerco, Basil Babe, Juicy Oistre, and Beautiful Boy Bakery. [Add'l notes if you're from Buffalo: pizza logs on the menu, occassional Old Pink inspired steak sandwiches, Coztanzo's rolls for the sandwiches, and Bills gear plastered all over the shop.] Go bills!Vegetarian options: Tempeh option for vegetarians
OMG!! The wings were phenomenal and the biscuits were perfect!! The orange butter left me speechless it was perfect!! This little corner hole in the wall left an impression to us Chicagoans.. the workers are friendly and food is delicious.. the wedge salad was amazing.. don’t let the little spot fool you. We highly recommend!! You won’t regret .: it’s a couple blocks from Michigan State football field so be ready for the friendly college students!!

This is easily my favorite place to eat in Ann Arbor, and arguably my favorite place to eat ever. I've pretty much gotten their wings once a week every week for about a year now. My favorite is definitely the buffalo wings, where other places seem to rely on a strong vinegar taste, Side Biscuit instead just has great intense flavor. I find getting 2 driveway plates for a date night to be pretty cost effective and then you get one of their always incredible biscuits as well. The flavor of the week is always worth a try, often even if it doesn't sound like you're going to like it. I think of the 30ish different kinds of wings I've tried there I've maybe thought 2 of them weren't my favorite (and obviously everyone has different tastes).Long story short, this place is GOATed, go there.

Buffalo, NY born & raised and living in Ann Arbor now - these wings are the real deal. Side Biscuit has easily become one of our favorite food establishments in A2 - wings, logs, pizzas (during NFL Sundays), and more are all fantastic. Go Bills! (And Sabres!)

Wings are good but they don't stand out compared to other wing-focused places. I like the variety of creative fusion rubs and sauces but the flavors were actually subtle and a bit underwhelming. I liked the biscuit the most. Service was friendly and quick but it's hard to justify the prices. There's almost no indoor space so be prepared to wait outside for your food.
Gucci gang was good but the biscuits were probably the worst I have ever had. Dry and very burnt and stodgy and bitter. Maybe was a bad batch but you cannot sell a product for that much and have it be THAT bad. They also gave us the wrong biscuits.

I went to UMich before this place opened, and thank god because I would've gone broke...This is the best wing spot in the entire state, all the flavors are great and the blue cheese sauce is homemade and the best I have ever had.Here is the official random dude on the internet ranking (they are all amazing so don't get it twisted):Blue Cheese Buffalo (Special flavor not alway there)OG BuffPanangKeaserOpen PitCracked TableGucci GangAdmittedly, these are the only ones I have had so far.
