We had lunch here on a day trip to Ann Arbor, and we definitely picked the right spot. Everything was fantastic! The service was great (thanks Ellen!) and insanely fast. As for the food... we had the Tom the Mailman bowl along with two sides: farmer's cheese and the beets. The bowl had perfect Mediterranean flavors and the wax beans added a welcome touch. The farmer's cheese was mild and creamy, and the flatbread it came with was about as perfect as it gets. But even having said that, the standout star of the show was the beet dish. It has that magical combination of flavors that you would probably never put together on your own, but tastes so good it opens up a whole new experience. We would seriously drive the 90 minutes back to Ann Arbor just to have these beets again. We're excited to head back and try some of the other menu items!

Spiedo is awesome. Not only is the food ridiculously good but the people are equally great. My last order I mistakenly ordered a sandwich instead of a bowl and the staff cheerfully made us a bowl without charging us. Can’t recommend this place enough! One of the best places in town.

We shared the vegan falafel flatbread and the tofu flatbread. Both were good and we both had a different favorite. The spices and flavors were unique, and there was a bit of heat too! I wasn't wowed, but I would come again!

Story time— be me, Eric, put my name down around 7:30 and came back around 8:30 because, didn’t even realize, but there was some mishap. Mind you, am w a date and now running late to PTAs “one battle after another.” What happened next made the night feel easy—the homies at Spiedo went above and beyond to make up for an honest mistake. Great hospitality and we ate some great food. Special shoutout to Don and Dylan — straight homies.
Okay so I finally got to see what the hype was about and they did not disappoint! I tried one of their fish wraps as recommended by the staff member who took my order and she absolutely didn’t lie on how good it was. Definitely give them a try if you’re in the Ann Arbor area as I certainly will be returning soon.

Spiedo is an exciting new addition to the bistro scene in Ann Arbor! It has a very eclectic menu that a blend of Mediterranean, Korean and Indian cuisines — and that results in extremely flavorful dishes on the menu.
I had lunch here with a buddy and we tried the Juicy Sean Rice bowl, Eggplant, Smashed Cucumber, Pkhali & Flatbreads. Every dish was uniquely flavorful & exquisitely made. The pkhali and the eggplant in particular were quite a revelation!!
The place has a cute ambience, offers both inside & outdoor seating and makes for an absolutely delightful experience. Will definitely bring the family here again!! 😊
