Fun design. Fast service. Tasty food. They allowed us to bring our own wine and charged $20 corkage. Lots of plant based options. Vegans welcome!

dry bowl :(
The first time I went it was awesome experience, the sandwiches were delicious and could tell it was freshly made. Service was also very good. So, I was excited to go there again, But the second time around, the same order of sandwich felt like it was just ordinary and not fresh, I felt like a left over reheated mismatch put in a wrap. Service was ok. May be they judged me for something? Or may be felt like I was constantly being watched even after I paid first with 20% gratuity, it was like a some cheap chain sandwich for 20 bucks. I felt the food served and services were subpar for the price.

Spiedo is putting out the most exciting, innovative, and (most importantly) delicious food in the area. I highly recommend this restaurant for a casual dinner (or a great lunch). I cannot express enough how thoughtful their food is.
Spiedo does rotating menus of wraps, rice bowls, and sides. The wraps and rice bowls are amazing (the spicy pork, walleye, chicken, kielbasa, and spicy tofu are all really, really great. The falafel’s the only one I’d forgo for the others).
As good as the main dishes are, the sides are even better. The farmer’s cheese is amazing. They had a lemon chicken rice soup for a while that was one of the best soups I’ve ever had. Other ones I’ve loved from past and current menu rotations are the roasted cabbage, griddled potatoes, eggplant, phkali (carrot puree) dip, smashed cucumber, and heirloom tomato. It’s hard to go wrong with the sides - I suggest you prioritize them when deciding what to order. The creativity is just phenomenal - dishes are packed with fresh herbs, lots of texture, and flavor combinations that work very well.
The chocolate tahini milkshake is amazing as well.
Vegetarian options: Multiple vegetarian main dishes and sides.
Dietary restrictions: Rice bowls are gluten free!

Quirky, innovative, delicious. An instant Ann Arbor classic. The flatbread sandwiches were sizable and packed with flavor. The service was fast, friendly, and unpretentious. A perfect lunch spot or casual dinner. Can't wait to go back for more.

A nice and quick, tiny, casual restaurant with kind workers and tasty food. A bit on the pricier side. Unique and flavorful. Some ingredients are super spicy, so check if you are unsure.

Fantastic little wrap spot downtown. Wrap was on the pricier side (15 bucks) but well worth it. Girlfriend got the beef/lamb rice bowl, I got the falafel wrap and both were excellent.
Service is quick and friendly, atmosphere was inviting, would highly recommend.

We stumbled upon Spiedo for dinner after we set up for art fair and were totally blown away. Delicious, interesting, fresh dishes and great service. We ordered lunch from them for the next three days and tried almost everything- there were no misses.

I wasn’t particularly blown away tbh but it was good. Meat was a little boney here and there and it could use some spice. It’s pricey man like I feel like for the price of the wrap it should at least come with fries or chips or something. Outdoor seating is pretty nice vibs
