Featured Blonde Roast

In Latin America, coffee farms are often run by families, with their own homes on the same land where their coffee grows. We've sipped coffee with these farmers for decades, sitting on their verandas, overlooking the lush beauty of the coffee trees rolling out in the distance. Most times it was a lightly roasted coffee like this one. It took us more than 80 tries to get it right-mellow and flavorful with a nice softness.

I really enjoy spending time at this Starbucks on State Street. The space is nice and spacious, which makes it a comfortable spot to settle in with my laptop and get some work done. I also love that it’s right in the heart of the university campus—perfect for people-watching or just enjoying a bit of me time while overlooking the street. It’s one of those places where you can either be productive or simply relax with a coffee and soak in the campus energy.

It’s so sad that this Starbucks fails to deliver quite like other locations in town. Consistently out of almost all the sandwiches, forgetting to both put lemonade and honor the lite ice in my peach green tea lemonade, etc all make this location a bit disappointing in comparison to other locations. Starbucks also just continues to price gouge while trying to appear like they care about the underdogs of society. I plan to be back because I study on campus but I do hope it improves...

Super cool location as we were walking around State St. But man the service was awful. Our barista had so much attitude. She was talking down to her manager. Then she got both of our Frappuccinos wrong. I don’t even know how that’s possible. The caramel frappuccino my sister ordered didn’t have coffee in it and I order a Caramel Ribbon Crunch and was give a regular caramel Frappuccino instead.When I showed her the sticker with what I ordered, she got snooty and asked if...
