2nd visit to this location (AA-Saline Rd, by Texas Roadhouse). Second visit as disappointing as first. I paid cash, gave the money, including tip, to Henry (or Henri), and mentioned the rest was for them. There was no acknowledgement of it at all. A thank you would have been nice. But he just counted out the total and put in the drawer and put the rest in the tip jar. Then he looked at a drink, at the sticker on it, and proceeded to hand it out tye window to me. I told him that it wasn't mine. Apparently even tho the order said hot (he double-checked the sticker), it was made cold. So they re-made it hot (although forgot to add the vanilla that I paid for) and promptly threw out the wrong one. Seems like a waste. Maybe there could have been a bit of generosity or niceness, or just a desire not to be wasteful, and asked if I wanted it, since it was made for me. Will not visit this location again.

Everytime I’ve been here (A2-Saline Rd) it’s been very slow. Hopefully it’s gotten better but I know my husband waited 45 minutes for my one drink order that I had ordered on the app before that 45 minute wait.

Waited over 45 minutes for coffee. Cafe does not prioritize mobile orders vs in store orders. Mobile orders were over 45 minutes behind, yet some people walked in and pick their order up right away. Ordered in the cafe and people who ordered after us got their drinks first. Food was ready 20 minutes before drinks were. People standing for over 30 minutes waiting for an order that had multiple drinks. Not all the drinks came out at the same time. Cafe worker would make 1 of their drinks and then 10 other mobile order drinks would come out and sit on the counter while the person in the cafe waited. They should have disabled mobile ordering if people who are in the cafe order their drinks and are told after oh btw there is a 45 minute wait. After we had waited 15-20 minutes

The young lady staffing the drive thru window was incredibly rude. She spent nearly a minute lecturing me about how mobile order pickup is "supposed" to work, and then five seconds turning around to grab my drink and hand it to me. All while multiple customers waited behind me.
