I order a small drink, instead of giving me what I ordered. He decided to charge me for a Grande! When questioned why aren't you listening to me? He says "Oh ... You didn't specify a small! So now I'm lying customer. I beg Your pardon? Are you insinuating me the customer has no scruples? Give me my correct change back for overcharging me. He does and then locks me to the next customer! He said Grande is medium not large. I said still it's not a small like I ordered. And you don't make my mind up for me! I order a small and that's what you're giving me as I ordered and all I planned on spending here today, or I'll go the a different coffee shop from now on. Woke ass people!!! How hard is it to fill an order even better try listening to the customer!!!!

Ohh my goodness ,
This young man, John, was absolutely wonderful ❤️.
My mother in law was having a heck of a time getting her Starbucks app.
He not only helped her, he took the time to show her how to redo everything.
Thank you, John, so much.
I can honestly say that if I was still a Chef and Baker, I would hire him immediately.
Good thing that I have retired .
You don't come across people who are willing to take the time to help others

Closing by 8.40 pm even though it’s clearly mentioned the closing hour is 9pm. Staff are not friendly.

This is my go to Starbucks. Has been for years! Four days ago my husband went there for my favorite Italian Roast whole bean. We were out and my daughter and her family were coming into town the next day. I like to grind my own beans now that I have a coffee grinder.
When my husband went to buy the beans , he was told they were out. They recommended another type : Sumatra. told hlm that they thought I would like it. He bought it but also then bought some ground Italian roast at the Krogers very close by to be sure.
While I really appreciated his efforts and their suggestions, I didn’t want a big bag of Sumatra!
So today ( July 5 2024) on my way to work, I stopped in with the UNOPENED bag to request a simple exchange.
The barista was busy, but I waited at
The counter . When I asked for an exchange she told me it couldn’t be done! Where was my receipt? I explained my husband did a good deed to go buy it for me etc . ( he by the way didn’t take the receipt when they asked!)
She held her ground. I asked if there was a price difference. There wasn’t . She asked if we ordered on the app. We didn’t.
She was by the book for sure. She said it would wreck their inventory.
Well that was that.I asked to speak to her manager . She said she was the manager.
I said she had now lost my years of business. This was a simple exchange. I left the Sumatra on the counter. She called after me that I left the coffee.
I said I didn’t want it. I guess her inventory will get confused. Very disappointing customer service . I told her I would write the corporate Starbucks.
This was not what I expected from Starbucks!!

Greatly managed Starbucks. I have never met the manager but just how quickly and precisely everything got handled he's obviously hired and trained great employees. Employees were fast and accurate with my order. It all turned out great.

I do not go to Starbucks regularly and was looking forward to a cappuccino that I order child temperature. On my first sip I burned my tongue as it was so hot! So even though the cup showed “child temp” the barista did not make it correctly. My tongue still hurts 10hrs later.

Stopped in for Latte while waiting for my car to be serviced. I ordered online as I walked to the store, the drink was ready few minutes after I got here. The staff members were super friendly and welcoming.However, they could do better job of upkeeps.... the leather seats by the restrooms had food crumbs stuck on the sides of the chair, the floor by the chairs were littered with food crumbs.The restroom was clean, you'll need code to get in. Parking can get crazy, so would recommend you park in the main lot and walk over if you can.
