This location gives hostile work environment vibes, but make it customer-facing.

Rainbow Beanie Barista threw a trenta cup at me when I asked for an extra cup to mix the barely shaken mess they handed me.

(Pro tip: shaking the drink properly in the first place would eliminate this issue.) When I called them out, they just turned their back and ignored me.

Five stars for pettiness, but one star (actually, zero) for customer service.

I have to say this review is based off one visit Feb. 2025, that makes it relevant to how a business is doing now which I think is what you will care about. I got their Ethiopian Coffee black, and a Caramel Macchiato . And for sweets a brownie and apple in a croissant. Drinks and sweets were good.

odd customer service at drive thru

I love Starbucks, especially when fall and winter seasons come around; my favorite is the pumpkin spice latte, along with other choices. Customer service was great and the employee that served me was super friendly.

Great staff! Favorite YpsiArbor location due to excellent service & vibes. Drive thru is not well marked, but is behind building. Otherwise easy to get in & out timely.

The baristas are great, but the management tries to run the store severely understaffed, and it shows. Sometimes there's only like one person in there in the afternoons.

Every single worker manhandles your drink lids. They refuse to hand you the cup, even iced, so it's not a temperature thing. Every time they make sure they put their full hands on the mouth of the lid. Without fail, doesn't matter who's at the window. I have been going to this Starbucks for 2 years due to location. And it's ok if you don't mind hands playing with your lids.

I enjoy this Starbucks more than any others because the workers are so calm and easy to talk to. I'm very introverted and this is a nice, calm, quiet place to chill and enjoy a drink or snack. Other Starbucks easily get crowded and I feel like I have no elbow room. This one is chill and its on my way to work!
