I ordered this sandwich for about $8. This is what I received for that amount of money not even a full sandwich of toppings. Plus the bread was rock hard. Never have this issue at other locations.

I was just waiting in the store to order some coffee And no joke I waited about 5 minutes to be served. (I was the only one in line by the way) Now I get Starbucks gets busy, Plus the drive-thru can be crazy but, there were four women working and it took me asking if this is where I had to order the coffee to finally have someone look up and say some will be with you shortly. (5 minutes later).

This 🏳️‍🌈 Starbucks worker gave me a bag full of dripping beverages. Acted like he/she was new on the job that day, but personally ignored the soaken-wett counter and bottom of the to-go paper bag, rolled her/his eyes at me then wished me a good day.

The guy who works here that usually wears a red shirt, neon green baseball cap, and chapped lips has been rude every time my sister and I have come across him. He should not be working at a Starbucks

This location gives hostile work environment vibes, but make it customer-facing.

Rainbow Beanie Barista threw a trenta cup at me when I asked for an extra cup to mix the barely shaken mess they handed me.

(Pro tip: shaking the drink properly in the first place would eliminate this issue.) When I called them out, they just turned their back and ignored me.

Five stars for pettiness, but one star (actually, zero) for customer service.

I have to say this review is based off one visit Feb. 2025, that makes it relevant to how a business is doing now which I think is what you will care about. I got their Ethiopian Coffee black, and a Caramel Macchiato . And for sweets a brownie and apple in a croissant. Drinks and sweets were good.
