Its 3:30 had an employee putting a sign on the screen of the drive through.She said that they were closing early because their short staffed Very rude and snippy. Yet they had customers going inside and walking out with drinks and food. If you don't want to do your job, just say so. So pretty much you're refusing service at a drive through so handicapped.Customers aren't getting serviced. You should close your lobby, not your drive through if you're short staffed. 5 employees is not short staffed.

I stopped by this location just to buy a cup of ice and was refused on the basis of “store policy.” I offered to pay for the cup of ice and was still told no. I’ve never experienced anything like that — it felt unnecessarily rude and inflexible for a simple request. I understand businesses have rules, but refusing to sell a paid cup of ice to a customer is poor customer service and drove me straight to other local options (Bigby, etc.). Hope management reconsiders this policy or trains staff to handle small requests more reasonably. ALL OTHER LOCATIONS GIVE OUT ICE!!

This location is the definition of consistency, the coffee is always fresh and great. Nicolas that works the drive thru is always friendly

Ordered at 10:59am. App told me it would be ready around 11:09am. I was confused because the barista kept asking who was waiting and seemingly prioritizing the orders based on whether the person was in the lobby or not. Two people that walked in and ordered while I was waiting got their drink before me. They announced they were working on my order at 11:24am. I guess I'm glad I didnt wait in my car... Because I'm not sure how much further down the to-do list I would have been pushed. My drink was ready at 11:25. If I'm paying $11 for a coffee... I would expect a better system insuring quicker preparation. To over price coffee in such a way while apparently being understaffed is a wild business model. I dont frequent this starbucks and this is why.

Stepping into this place I thought it was warming however Candance at 5:45am was awful to deal with as a dasher but then I noticed it wasn’t about the dasher it was about the color of my skin it’s 2025 and I’ve been discriminated against simply for my brown skin. Very baffling experience and I will try my hardest to never step foot in her again

Both times I came to this Starbucks within the past week, there were two different young men working the drive through who just radiated genuine positivity and kindness! I truly appreciated it and it just goes to show the quality employees at this location! :)
