I absolutely love my Starbucks.
Every time I go in, I ALWAYS get a Triple shot. Yes I said Triple shots.
Every single time I have gone in the employee's are absolutely wonderful and I always love talking to them, especially if I can make them laugh and smile.

Never wait I the drive thru long like this before. It is not too busy town. I order the same thing everyday more than 20 years around the world . It is not coffee test at all. Don’t stop here. Next stop Jackson better

Just went in out of two items I only got one, the lady looked at me like it if I didn’t know what I talking about, had to order again and def terrible drink they gave me. The matcha wasn’t even mixed well. Never coming back to this Starbucks.

If you’re going to close the cafe you should turn off mobile order for cafe option. Never would have sat in a 30 minute drive through line just to get my drink that’s been sitting.
On 2/10 I ordered a matcha latte with cold foam, not knowing what it was supposed to look like as it wasn't for me. I called to complain as it wasn't mixed properly and had chunks. It was mostly thrown away. We live too far away to drive back, but was very kindly told next time I stopped by there would be a note and we could get a free one (they couldn't just add it to the app). Today 2/26 we asked for our free drink and were told they are no longer doing that. They did not say we took to long to come in, just they are no longer doing that because last time the police had to get involved. That makes no sense. Sorry for the bad review but couldn't find anywhere to message the store manager.

I order my grande cappuccino (16oz) and just come half of the cup (8oz)…that’s not fair for the price I paid for..

This is supposed to be a grande hot chocolate, I opened the lid (having not taken a single sip). The line about halfway down the empty portion appears to be where the whipped cream was filled to and has since melted—even so, when paying for a grande drink there tends to be an expectation that you’re paying for 16oz. My last number of trips to this Starbucks have resulted in similar issues.
Please fill the drinks to the level people are paying for.
Got our coffee order wrong. We know what comes in that particular drink. Tried to make it out that Carmel in drink is extra ( it’s not). Instead of remaking it said he could get another cup and pour that one in ( with whip cream on bottom) quite frankly disappointing.
