On 2/10 I ordered a matcha latte with cold foam, not knowing what it was supposed to look like as it wasn't for me. I called to complain as it wasn't mixed properly and had chunks. It was mostly thrown away. We live too far away to drive back, but was very kindly told next time I stopped by there would be a note and we could get a free one (they couldn't just add it to the app). Today 2/26 we asked for our free drink and were told they are no longer doing that. They did not say we took to long to come in, just they are no longer doing that because last time the police had to get involved. That makes no sense. Sorry for the bad review but couldn't find anywhere to message the store manager.

I order my grande cappuccino (16oz) and just come half of the cup (8oz)…that’s not fair for the price I paid for..

This is supposed to be a grande hot chocolate, I opened the lid (having not taken a single sip). The line about halfway down the empty portion appears to be where the whipped cream was filled to and has since melted—even so, when paying for a grande drink there tends to be an expectation that you’re paying for 16oz. My last number of trips to this Starbucks have resulted in similar issues.
Please fill the drinks to the level people are paying for.

Got our coffee order wrong. We know what comes in that particular drink. Tried to make it out that Carmel in drink is extra ( it’s not). Instead of remaking it said he could get another cup and pour that one in ( with whip cream on bottom) quite frankly disappointing.

Went to this Starbucks this morning and got helped by the wonderful Taylor! Her attitude and attentiveness was so welcoming and upbeat. I was honestly having a hard morning, and she completely turned my morning around. And not to mention, my drink was amazing! I’m not sure who made it, but kudos too you! Great drink, great atmosphere, and wonderful humans ♥️

6 people can not take care of 3 customers. Gave me a cup of water instead of coffee because no one bothered to refill the beans to the machine.
New manager needs to go. This location wasn't always like this!

Filthy location probably popular w/ local pig farmers based on sticky grimy floors, tables, chair, pick up counter & the toilets which I’m sure are “cleaned at least once a blue moon. This location also has w/ some the worst baristas who excel at attitude, getting orders wrong & literally nothing else.

I travel all over the world and Starbucks is not only a daily ritual for me, but I also consider it my international family.???

I am currently fighting a health battle and Starbucks has been a safe, peaceful, and restful place for me. I work online here and I’m grateful for a cozy place to work. ☕️

Hospitality, kindness, peace, and radical love are what I usually see at Starbucks. They cherish people of all ages and backgrounds. ?

This Starbucks however has a colder vibe, and I’m not just talking about the chilly ac. ? Compelling, bright paintings or chalk art could really spice this place up with some desperately needed splashes of color! ? Adding a few more styles of chairs and tables would definitely bring back the social aspect for all ages and stages that seems hampered by only having tall, hard bar stools. ?

Finally, I suggest leaving the stressed out, judgmental, strict mentality at home. If you want customers to keep coming you’ll put on your zen cap and add a sprinkle of kindness. ✨

I am reviewing my service experience only. The young lady in the drive thru was such a sweetheart. Her attitude and energy was amazing and she definitely added to an already pleasant morning. It was obvious that she enjoys what she does and the connections she makes with people. I forgot to inquire of her name, but. She wears glasses, has curly hair and black designs around her fingers.
