The signs on the freeway don't really tell you how far this location is. It is not right off the freeway @ 2 miles away. We used the drive thru. To order is in corner of the parking lot and use the side of the building for the pick up window. The order was correct and everything went as it should.

When I tell you this is the fastest drive thru for being 8am especially in Ann Arbor I’m shocked, they are always so nice, and quick I was in line for not even 5 minutes, I vouch for them, they are the best and my drink is always made PERFECTLY.

This starbucks is too small for the amount of traffic it gets. It's hard to get a seat if you need one. I ordered food and a drink, and the food came out quite a bit earlier than the drink, so I wasn't eating it quickly because I wanted my drink with the food. In the end, I got my drink, but my food got cold before I was done.
