I had my worst customer service experience ever with one of the baristas here. I ordered a double shot espresso with milk and less ice. The barista barely added any milk, and when I asked her to add more, she responded rudely and started laughing with the other barista right in front of me. Such a humiliating experience!

Buying a $4 cake pop that was birthday flavored was supposed to be my highlight of the target trip with my wife shopping but it tasted like plain raw cookie dough that was stored in a cardboard box.

I asked for oat milk in both of the things I ordered. In my frappucino I watched her pour whole milk into the cup and then just pour it out and she didn't clean the cup or get a new cup. They also put whole milk in my oatmeal. I am severely lactose intolerant and now I am suffering for the next few days after that.

One of my favorite Starbucks! My drink is always good and the staff members are always so kind and friendly. I was having a horrible day today and they helped turn it around just by being kind and leaving a smiley face sticker on my cup :)

my mobile order was supposed to be done at 2:22! we were so excited for out coffees only to stand there for 20 minutes and we overheard employees talking about a 30 minute and we were never notified! they were slow and just seemed to breezing it off! along with that when we asked for a refund the person at the register seemed like he didn’t want to be there and had an awful attitude!! do better starbucks ❤️ ❤️ ❤️
The barista who has green hair was so rude she made a wrong drink and didn’t even bother to apologize. I don’t mind waiting again but she still keeps on talking to other barista and not focusing on her job.
