I asked for oat milk in both of the things I ordered. In my frappucino I watched her pour whole milk into the cup and then just pour it out and she didn't clean the cup or get a new cup. They also put whole milk in my oatmeal. I am severely lactose intolerant and now I am suffering for the next few days after that.

Claim to be closed during open times. Visited yesterday and almost two hours before close they said they are closed and blocked the line off with carts and stood behind the counter? If the hours are different it should be reflected anywhere to match when they operate

One of my favorite Starbucks! My drink is always good and the staff members are always so kind and friendly. I was having a horrible day today and they helped turn it around just by being kind and leaving a smiley face sticker on my cup :)

Starbucks has fallen since the Wuhan flu. If they are paying a living wage than the team needs to show the ability to deliver.The desire to take care of drive through over inside customers. It was apparent watching the management and turn around of drinks.I would like to give a better than 1 but the throughput needs to be addressed.

Really unprofessional staff. Waiting in line for 10 minutes, for two people in front of me. They were moving at a snails pace and so impolite.
my mobile order was supposed to be done at 2:22! we were so excited for out coffees only to stand there for 20 minutes and we overheard employees talking about a 30 minute and we were never notified! they were slow and just seemed to breezing it off! along with that when we asked for a refund the person at the register seemed like he didn’t want to be there and had an awful attitude!! do better starbucks ❤️ ❤️ ❤️

The barista who has green hair was so rude she made a wrong drink and didn’t even bother to apologize. I don’t mind waiting again but she still keeps on talking to other barista and not focusing on her job.
