Subway in Ann Arbor

Im the one who made the food you ordered ( I dont have long hair btw) and then a hour after I made it you called and wanted a refund and you stated it was your fault that you ordered from the wrong store and wouldnt be able to make it to ann arbor to pick it up. We still have your "soggy subs with long hair in them" that werent picked up if you would like to come get them at your convienance. How can you ask for a refund after the food was already made for you and then go on google and lie out your mouth about the food you didnt even pick up and then to threaten my family and threaten to burn down the store. You sir should be ashamed of yourself!“

“I placed an online order and customized it exactly how I wanted, and it was prepared correctly. When I called the store, they received the call Very well with the good customer service and store was very neat and clean.veggies are fresh and meat is well cooked and extra toasted 😊.“

“Food was basic subway food, not too bad. The kids got gift cards here, or I wouldn't have eaten here. The prices were expensive for what you are getting, and there was only one employee, and he spoke so softly I couldn't hear him.“

“Convenient location for my quick lunch, within walking distance, friendly employees, also quick short term parking around back of the building if needed. I usually visit this or the location on S. University between S. Forest and Washtenaw.“

“Not only was the Subway employee friendly, but told us about the different deals. Waited patiently as my daughter and I decided what we wanted, which took awhile. The restaurant was clean, and offered several tables to sit at. Great selectons of soft drinks, chips, and cookies.“
