For the love of Christ, please hire more employees. No one's applying? Then it's time to raise the wages. I have only ever seen 1 employee working here at any given time. Doesn't matter the day or time of day, only 1 employee will be on duty. Whenever there are more than 3 customers, it takes absolutely freaking forever to get your food. And sometimes it's due to the employee but usually it's due to the fact that there is only 1 person running literally everything in the store.

I went there around 6 o'clock on a Monday evening and they had closed early due to “equipment malfunctionâ€, I went the next day around the same time and they had the same sign posted up, same thing on Wednesday at 6, it seems like they are severely understaffed and that's the reason the worker puts up that sign so early, When it is open they have great customer service and their food is good, just need more staff and to close and open on time

Might want to rethink how you endorse the no outside drinks. I was in the midsts of ordering subs to go for our family's dinner and trying to keep track of my 7 year old who had a bubble tea from CoCo which is next door. No one was in Subway at the time except for two employees and myself. My 7 year old was having a difficult time being separated from me through the glass of the Subway. She was outside and I was inside trying to obey the no outside drinks sign (which is newly posted on a piece of paper on the door) while ordering dinner and watching my kid. It was extremely awkward and she wanted to be with me. I finally told her since no one was inside or ordering food to sit next to the door and I would hold her drink while I finished ordering. Nope. The never friendly older guy wasn't having it and told me she had to leave with her drink. Who kicks out a 7 year old with a doting parent trying to do their best given the situation? I am a rule follower and was trying to rectify the situation but the subway employee wasn't even allowing me ten seconds to try and reason with my daughter. He wanted her out with that drink - NOW. He wouldn't even budge given the sandwiches were already being made. He was being very aggressive towards me regarding a crummy CAPPED drink in my had with a TO GO order that was going to have drinks added. I had previously been smiling and friendly - there wasn't any reason for the hostility other then he spotted that capped drink and wasn't having any of it.

One person working dinner hour. When I walked in he told me he had to make 5 subs ahead of mine and to have a seat in the meantime. 10 minutes later he was just finishing putting cheese on and starting the meat. It would have easily been 20 minutes before he got to me if I stayed then prob another 10 min to make mine. I can see why this location has 1 star
Going here was a HUGE mistake!!!! I really should have turned and walked out, when I walked in and saw ONE worker. But I was with a friend, and we had already waited too late to get lunch, to begin with. Can someone explain to me why ANY business in ANN ARBOR, would only have ONE WORKER, during LUNCH RUSH? Took forever, but finally wasted $7 on the New Sesame-Ginger Glazed Chicken Wrap, which I ended up throwing away. It had very little taste, the chicken smelled and tasted bad. This was a TERRIBLE experience! PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!

This was my first time at this subway and it will be my last. The woman who waited on me was obviously high on something. She couldn't finish the most simple of tasks. I feared she was going to fall down as she kept stumbling and her eyes kept rolling back into her head. When she tried to ask me what I wanted she slurred her words. The bread my sandwich was made on was stale and crumbled when I picked it up. It tasted like it had been left out overnight. I will not be back.
