They were moving SO INCREDIBLY SLOW that I left. Did not want to give them my service. No urgency whatsoever. There was only one person ahead of me and she was already checking out when I arrived. The guy kept his gloves on to touch the register and money, then tried to start making my sandwich, so I asked him to change the gloves. Very dirty. Then still was moving slowly, started doing something before cutting my bread. So I left. Better off driving to a different subway

Employee Filling used water jugs at the drink dispenser. Couldn't even bother to pack up my order and instead had me do it myself. And to top it all off, I had a hard time finding a dispenser that wasn't just soda water.

Had the absolute worst experience of my life at this subway location. I have been a regular Subway customer my whole life and when I tell you, I have never had such bad and slow service. They didn’t have basic things and sauces and it took over 30 minutes from the time I stepped into the time I stepped out for me to get my order with probably 20 problems in between. Mind you I was the only person in there. Highly recommend driving somewhere else

Tried to order through the app and then needed to cancel before they even started the order due to time constraints. They confirmed in store they would cancel and refund. They never did. No matter how much we asked. Even the manager lied about sending a refund and never received it. This location is horrible. Save yourself a bad time and avoid.

I had two fraudulent charges on my credit card within 15 minutes of ordering at the Subway on Stadium. This was a new credit card and had not been used anywhere else yet.

I returned several times asking to speak to the manger, but the manager has never been there, they were unable to tell me when the manager would be there, and they would not give me a contact phone number or email.

Very dirty.
This was the most disgustingly meatball Marina I’ve ever had in my life!! I will not be returning, my stomach is still turning! Yuk!

Like they are not serious with the lack of effort and not caring about anything! I ordered a sub and they asked “would i like it toasted” and i said yes. Then they pointed out that the toaster was not working. I said that was fine then the attitude started. The sub maker dropped the knife on the floor and still cut my sub which i thought was crazy yet i didn’t say anything but look at her like no way. She then asked me do i want to put my sandwich in the microwave i said no. She proceeded to give the effort of a 3 year old and then. This is the worst subway i have ever been too. The last time i was here the effort was so low i laughed. The young man working made ordering a sub so hard. They were out of everything and he didn’t want to prep or go in the back to get more food. Also opened toed sandals are a health code violation.

After bouncing back from the flu I wanted to have some good food. I ordered a six inch marinaria meatball sandwich and it was very , very poorly made. Hardly any sauce any meatballs, And mostly bread that look like it came from kroger. When I called to file a complaint, The worker actually hung up on me. I will never go back to that place after being charged an arm and a leg and totally ripped off for the type of service and food I received!

Food was basic subway food, not too bad. The kids got gift cards here, or I wouldn't have eaten here. The prices were expensive for what you are getting, and there was only one employee, and he spoke so softly I couldn't hear him.

never make an online order at this location. they didn't even start it until after we drove 10 minutes there and waited for them to start and finish helping the multiple people in line - and my order was 20 minutes late to the promised pick up time. staff was rude and unhelpful. poor quality all around. i will Never return to this location, and would never recommend it to anyone i like.
