Simpleton making my online order apparently couldn’t read the receipts and completely messed up both the subs I ordered. I’m currently on a job and will not be able to return or call. Neither of the people I bought food for will eat their sandwich so it was just a waste of my time and money

I really tried to support the older ladies running the store, but the explanation I got for while the lettuce looked disgusting.topped it for me will not be returning good luck and my food was so nasty i hope they close down soon

This is the worst subway for customer service. The owner and her daughter do not like to be questioned about the menu and kicked me out of the store for asking questions about the menu. She told me if I ever ordered again she’d cancel my order. She did not want to include the dipping sauce for the pretzel I ordered. 3/7/2024

Josh white, what you said is not true. Im the one who made the food you ordered ( I dont have long hair btw) and then a hour after I made it you called and wanted a refund and you stated it was your fault that you ordered from the wrong store and wouldnt be able to make it to ann arbor to pick it up. We still have your "soggy subs with long hair in them" that werent picked up if you would like to come get them at your convienance. How can you ask for a refund after the food was already made for you and then go on google and lie out your mouth about the food you didnt even pick up and then to threaten my family and threaten to burn down the store. You sir should be ashamed of yourself!

Josh white never picked up his subs after ordering online. 4 foot longs. He is angry that we cannot refund his money. Please ignore his review. We have one of the best Subways around! Give us a try!

I was a little hesitant to visit after reading the negative comments. However, my last purchase experience was great. I ordered online and came over to pick up; the staff was friendly and my footlong was nicely toasted, having a lot of sauce and tuna. I also applied the coupon so with just $7 I got two meals.

The girls running this place are extremely rude. I’ve been here twice now and will not be returning. last time I was here they rushed a little boy who had a speech impediment and gave him the worst attitude I’ve ever seen. I can’t believe they’re still working here. so rude! I do not recommend. Would give 0 stars if possible.
