I didn’t get her name but the kind women working by herself on Saturday at 2pm has wonderful customer service!!! She was patient and great at explaining because of her I’m happy to frequent this location.

Very rude staff which takes breaks during busy lunch time and makes you wait for half an hour and come back. They are also very lazy at making the sandwiches. The one older African-American woman doesn’t look like she wants to be there. Such an obvious lack of interest in the job.

Very rude employees. Not very well made sandwiches and unclean preparation. My sub was just made on top of old cheese and all toppings scattered everywhere on the prep line. Guy didn't even consider wiping it off and just gave terrible service was rude and was more interested in the customer behind me. Steve you dropped the ball today bud

Been here a few times and ordered online. Not bad, until today, the poor employee was alone at noon lunch time rush and hadn't even started my online order with a line almost out the door. When I gave her my name, she made the sandwich right away, but damn, learn to staff better.

This subway is on 411 Washington in downtown Ann Arbor. My experience was terrible! Unfortunately I didn't get the name of the person who helped me. It was around noon on 8-31-19.
I’ve been coming to this subway for probably about 2 months now EVERYDAY. I sit in there to wait on my bus ( because of the weather). Majority of the time I do homework, read, check email, etc. Now I understand the loitering laws, and I ensure you, I was not or have I ever loitered. There have been different employees that work at this location, that have seen me and they know me I’m sure. Tonight , 1/11/2019, An employee told me that I either had to leave or buy something because I was loitering. I then explained to him that since I’ve been coming to this subway, literally EVERYDAY between the time 8:10pm to 8:20pm and leaving around 8:44pm, no one has said anything to me about that. I am a student. You mean to tell me, no one has come in to do homework, talk to their friends, waited for a bus and not bought anything? Now I completely understand that some people do come in that are major sketch and to protect the business, they have to do things like that but I have not disturbed anyone. I come in, sit in the exact same spot everyday to wait or read.
