Ordered food asked for double meat double cheese didn't get it paid extra for nothing. We watch the guy make the food even explain to him to make double meat double cheese and he ignored us. He also couldn't speak English and had insects and flies and other bugs in the building a giant horsefly was flying around the whole time.

Came at 7:08pm on a Saturday. Lady worker messed up my order so I came back and they just put ingredients back instead of replacing the cold sandwich. And she gave me an attitude to replace the brown bag that ripped.

Just ate here and wanted a 6.99 value meal. Wouldn’t you know it their fountain drink machine is down so they actually up charged me for a 20oz bottle because their machine being down. The girl making my sandwich is sort of rude and made a shitty sandwich. This place is horrible and somehow I ended up paying almost $13 for a 6.99 meal or so it was supposed to be. To be honest I have a feeling that their pop machine isn’t down and that it’s their way to upcharge people for the $6.99 meals they have all over their menu. I will not be returning and I will be telling everyone I know to avoid this dump

The girl working December 12th made my sandwich horribly. Skimped out on all the toppings and meat. I ordered the hotshot Italiano through the app and picked it up. It had only four slices of thin meat and only a small sharing of the toppings I asked for. I have gotten this order at several other locations and my sandwich turned out completely different. Walking through below freezing temperatures and came home to this…so disappointing. Also not a single clean table in that place. Crumbs on all the tables and chairs every where. Never coming back and will never recommend this place.
