I’d give 0 stars if I could! Placed an order through the Subway app, arrived less than 5 minutes later. The store was closed and obviously had been for some time. Couldn’t cancel my order in the app because it was “in progress” required contacting the store. I have attempted to contact the store both via phone and in person. They never answer the phone and the manager is NEVER in. I’ve attempted to contact corporate but they make it impossible to speak to anyone. I’ve communicated through messenger and still nothing. They basically stole my money!! I hope the $12 was worth the loss they’ll take from future sales.

They are on the list for restaurants that accept EBT cards for people that aren’t able to prepare their own meals but when you go there, they deny you and they never answer the phone. Terrible business operation

They don’t pick up the phone when called
Got a fountain cup, coke was broken, was "too complicated" to refund my card and no way to charge me the 30 cents more to get a bottle of coke as i only had card. Waive the 30 cents, let me have the bottle and ill be happy and come back, now for 30 cents ill never go there again.
Ordered online and picked here, staff was a bit aloof.

Turn understand the question of the subway representative was asking but because of the difference in language and plastic free myself and making the sub. Was cut off guard the price perhaps was set due to the fact that it's dude area or food also there is no parking but that's probably cuz they rely on University of Michigan students to enter the facility or maybe somebody should be and would like just a soda yes I know it's a place to clean but again there's a bit of a pain because the employees spoke with a harsh accent and talk too bad and I had to keep asking them three people
Vegetarian options: I have no idea about anybody carrying options I went in there knowing what I wanted which of the meatball job and I'm supposed to show them
Parking: Due to the fact for parking nobody can comment on the number of parking spots that are available
